Whether it be missing items or receiving the wrong food even if ordered online there’s always something wrong. Having to wait 40 Mins On food that’s not even right is absolutely ridiculous. My favorite thing to get here is baked potatoes. I order it with no cheese sauce, extra shredded cheese, sour cream and butter. They can’t put the condiments on the potato itself, but one thing that I love is how the staff heats it up for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Service is kind, but messing up orders happens sometimes. I hate the AI drive through, but a trick I learned is asking the AI to let you speak to an employee.
Sometimes I order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo only and they never got it wrong to this day.

Food was excellent but the wait was awful. Caleb seemed to be the only employee trying to speed things up. Great job Caleb! Thank you for helping me on my visit today. I don’t eat fast food often so I appreciate your effort to make my experience better.

They took down my other post, so let’s try again! Won’t answer the phone when you call! Found latex glove in the wrapper of my baconator! We upgraded meals to a large and fries were half empty, it might have been enough fries for a medium portion. Left a message and they never called me back, but we’re kind enough to take down my post on here! I’m about to put the pic on other platforms…
