Placed my order online and when I’ll arrive my order was not ready. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. These are not Wingstop original fries, and it has no seasoning. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! If I could give no stars I would. Placed a DoorDash order at 10:55am, didn’t receive until 12:20pm. Order was wrong. Reached out to DoorDash and they said to contact the store. The person that answered said that they’ve been having difficulties & I probably received the wrong order. We were missing items and the food we received was wrong. Was told there was nothing that they could do except for me to bring the food back! Asked to speak with manager and they refused to come to phone but the conversation in the background said, as I quote “I ain’t doing nothing, put them on hold and leave them there & let them wait! I will find a Corporate number or address, this is beyond unacceptable!

If I could them 0 stars I would. Ordered my food online at 6:45. At 8 pm they said its still another 30 minutes maybe. When I asked for a refund, they said I wouldn’t get a refund for 7-10 days after her boss has to approve it. We are visiting from Dallas and this is a poor example St. Louis. Do better! I will give the manager 4 stars but its a lot going on.

Whoever own this location need to hire people that are professional in dealing with the public. When you call they don’t answer. I ordered online they got my order wrong. Trying to call in but the unprofessional cashier will not answer the phone. I guess Wingstop is hiring anyone nowadays. These current employees are not good for the public. It doesn’t surprise me, that I see their door and glass busted out. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be back. Those employees should be & must be retrained on how to be courteous with the public. The cashier do not answer the phone. But when you go to the store. They are at front counter joking, playing & running their mouth about nothing. They don’t need a job we’re they are cooking food for the public. Because they be are unprofessional behavior will bring, unwanted cost to the restaurant owner.

Was told my Doordash order was just waiting on fries. Waited 15 minutes after that until the order was done. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants and know that fries only take 2-3 minutes to make, so I was lied to. If she had told me the truth I would’ve dropped the order instead of wasting my time and money standing around in Wingstop for 20 minutes.

My food was hot and it was done on time. I ordered my meal online. I got my order, a young lady said thank you and I returned said thank you. It was pleasant.
Everything was good. It came out as $18 and some change. Got the 20 piece boneless chicken. Lemon pepper (didn’t like it as much), garlic parmesan, Bbq and original hot.

Food was cool but it took forever to get out. Staff is dismissive and nobody is moving with any type of urgency. Looks like a bunch of teenagers working here. Need some real management. Initially went in to dine in but ended up doing takeout because they took so long.
