Charlie was a big help very friendly and was knowledgeable about the product Best chicken we’ve had hands down from a fast food chain in a very long time Loved the sauce. Excited to learn that there is one planning to come to the town next to ours Keizer station. Are one complaint was they don’t have ranch and the coleslaw is not our favorite.

Not that its the establishments fault and its not my favorite chicken spot but you cant go wrong with a chicken strip. This place is not in the greatest of spots so it does get busy around the dinner rush and the wait can sometimes be a issue. My son loves this place and so we will continue going but if you aren’t a sauce person and you are looking for a good chicken strip their are other places with season chicken strips in the area at better prices.

The service here was very good. We were welcomed with a smile. The chicken and coleslaw were delicious and the garlic bread was nice and soft. The only thing that we felt needed some work was the fries. They weren’t fresh or hot. Tasted like they were from the day before.

Came here tonight at around 11pm, service is usually good but tonight not so much. Cashier with red hair & glasses is rude & seemed as if I inconvenienced her due to asking for ketchup that she never offered throughout my ordering process or when I arrived to the window. It was clear that she was in a rush to get through the small line of cars she had in the drive-thru & rushed through the transaction. She would walk away from the window quickly after handing me my drink or my card, not allowing time to even ask for condiments. I watched her grab my bag inside of the restaurant & walk to the window & give me the bag. If I didn’t speak up then to ask politely for ketchup, she wouldn’t have bothered to ask if I wanted condiments. Once I asked, she grabbed two ketchups & tossed them in my bag, said enjoy & walked away from the window. Her customer service sucks, I won’t be returning to this location again. Customer service lacks at night time at this location I noticed for various night visits.

Yum!! Coming from Oregon we had multiple people recommend Canes so we decided to give it a try. The chicken tenders and cane sauce were fresh and so flavorful! I was drenching my fries & strips in that sauce. I already can’t wait to be back to try them again!!

First visit to this location was exceptional. Bought the 3pc chicken fingers combo (fries, toast, and drink). Food was good temperature and fresh. Place was very clean. Staff was friendly. Love the decor in dining area.

‘Canes Chicken Fingers’ is usually always good, that’s why It pains me to leave this review. Our last few experiences have not been worth it, in my opinion. As you know, prices for everything have sky rocketed, and I feel that if I’m going to pay a whopping 40 dollars 2 Caniac combos (12 chicken tenders , no slaw extra fries, and bread) it a better not continue to look like this…. (Pic below) Soggy chicken, where are the rest of my fries, and the bread is consistent. Feels like it’s not really worth my money anymore…

I stopped yesterday for lunch and ordered the 3pc Crispy Fingers Combo. I been here more than once, but yesterday, the chicken seemed cold by the time I got it. I noticed they were working on a catering order, and my plate was left unattended until someone decided to call my name. I do enjoy the fries from here and the sauce. The girl that took my order was very friendly and told me about the survey on the receipt. I would have wished to write her name or the receipt to have her name, but it didn’t. I do plan to do that review on the receipt as well, just because her service was good, plus providing feedback about the other two components, which made me not enjoy my meal like other times.

Not worth it, first time here and chicken tenders are small and have no flavor, fries are not somethingto crave, toast is just a soft bread that’s barely butterly toasted. Sauce is ok, price is too high for what it gives.
