You know what you’re getting here—and that’s the comfort. Drinks are consistent, customizable, and hit the same every time, whether it’s your morning caffeine fix or an afternoon pick-me-up. When they’re in rhythm, orders come out right and the baristas are friendly and efficient.

That said, peak hours can test your patience. Lines get long, popular items sometimes sell out, and waits happen—so having a backup order isn’t a bad life skill here. The space is clean and functional, good for a quick stop or a short sit.

Bottom line: reliable Starbucks energy—solid drinks, familiar menu, occasional wait.

Edited to 1 star. Yeesh. This morning I ordered a triple almondmilk latte, in the drive thru, same thing I have ordered for the last several days, and I hit the road for work. I take a sip and think it tastes bad. When I get to Lovington and stop at MVK I look at it and the label says LARRY NO FOAM LATTE MOBILE ORDER. Larry I am so sorry they gave me your order. I hope you aren’t allergic to nuts ‍

I only was going to this starbucks because I am working in the area and it was closest to my hotel on the way to the highway to go to work. Thank God I wont have to come back.

I wish I could give more stars but there’s just been a few instances in the last few weeks that have made my visits here unpleasant. First was when I walked in and stood there for over 5 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged or even looked at me. I almost left. A girl walked over to the register on a phone like she was taking a phone order. When she got off the phone she looked at me and said “did you need something?” Um, yeah? I’d like to order a drink? I was so flustered from the lack of friendliness or customer service. Then what happened today, my drink took a very long time to make. Barista seemed behind and overwhelmed. Idk if they’re understaffed or what. The drive thru was super busy. Then when I tried to leave I got stuck in the parking lot because of the drive through line being so long. I was stuck for probably 15 minutes waiting for someone in line to recognize I was trying to get out. I know thats not the employees fault, but it is a very bad design for the parking lot. So I dont recommend parking and going in during busy times unless you park on the walmart side and walk over.

I got an ice coffee mocha, it was pretty fast service, the only problem was there was so much ice in the venti not enough coffee. For a $7 coffee only taking 3 drinks then It was empty was upsetting, the coffee was really good way to much ice. I should’ve order coffee with no ice then go to local gas station and buy ice myself

This has got to be the most inconsistent Starbucks ever, me and my family ordered our favorite drinks. 3 of the drinks being iced coffee all taste like milk, the last drink was a passion tea lemonade with 3 shots of sweetener and it tastes like watered down tea with no hint of sweetness. Will revert to going to 7brew from now on!!

I went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and a red cup for red cup day. I was handed my food and drink but no red cup. I asked the barista at the window if i could get my red cup since I ordered a holiday drink on the app. She proceeded to tell me I didn’t order a “holiday” drink, and when I tried showing her on the app – where the drink was listed under the HOLIDAY DRINK MENU, she got ugly with me and argued with me for at least a couple minutes. She told me she didn’t care what the app said, and proceeded to read me off a list of drinks that would qualify for a red cup, completely disregarding the fact that I ordered a HOLIDAY DRINK that was listed on the Starbucks app. So in order to get a red cup (which I should have got to begin with) I had to order a new drink!!! I haven’t been to our local Starbucks in a while and now I remember why. They were so unprofessional about how they handled this particular situation. Do better!

HORRIBLE customer service, went to pick up mobile order during night and the lobby door was locked, didn’t know why because it wasn’t even near closing time. And on top of that when I was at the window the lady spoke with a RUDE attitude.

Well thanks opening baristas, i just spent 9dlls on something i cant even enjoy due to your lack of professionalism and integrity. When i order a specific milk to be used, more than likely its because that’s all i can drink. I also do not appreciate being lied to by careless employees who cant read an order correctly that’s stuck on the cup in bold letters. Im standing there watching you make my drink and i asked was oatmilk used and was told yes, meanwhile not one box of oatmilk present on the counter. Apart from your town being a trashy one, anything nice brought into this town follows suit due to the employees being hired.
