I felt a vibe like I was a inconvenience. I stood at the counter (pick-up order), waiting for someone to approach from the kitchen, during lunch hours. It stands to reason that a customer coming in during lunch hours is on a limited time lunch break; yet the counter staff was rather Indifferent about serving me.

Customer service went out the window with this place. Had to wait 45 mins for a set of wings, besides the initial 20 mins from when I placed my order. On top I’m told to pull over like if I was in Mac Donald’s mind you there was no one behind me. Lady comes out with my wings on one hand and sauce on the other no bag, hands me my wings container was super hot almost dropped them. Please do better

During a busy weekend I stopped in to get one large pepperoni with thin a crispy crust to go .After I completed my order ,I looked up, and outside in the parking lot , there were two great big long commercial busses. The busses contained two soccer teams .Those people behind the counter got busier than a one eyed cat watching two mouse holes . It was a pleasant surprise when the pizza hut staff had my order ready in 10 minutes . No excuses or delay. Thank You Berry St. Pizza Hut . This location is across from the High School. Serving the area of Pascal ,and Texas Christian University. They offer pick up ,and, multiple delivery options . Priscilla runs the place from what I can see ,and does a great job .

It doesn’t matter if the food is good or not when the service is abominable. Our party ordered several pizzas to be delivered. Opted to pay cash. Which was allowed on the app. Two hours later, no food had been delivered and no one had contacted our party. Turns out Pizza Hut uses door dash for deliveries and when called they stated that no door dash was going to pick up a large order to pay cash. They told our party to come pick up the order. But when we arrived, they said they were remaking the pizza and door dash would deliver if a credit card was provided. At two hours late, telling the customer to pick it up themselves, then not having it ready when they arrived, food should have been compt’d. It was not. This place is a disaster.

I just ordered some chicken Alfredo ,hot wings. In pizza ….. The PASTA was nasty it tasted like chemicals I ordered mild hot wings they gave me a different flavor ♀️ the pizza is the only thing I could intake. The driver she rude . Her actions….shows she dislikes her job.
