What’s not so good is the service. You order, get a little tag with a number on it, find a seat and wait for your food to be brought to you. This task was assigned to a young man. The food leaves the kitchen and is placed on the counter, right next to the cash register, where there is a long queue of people busy with their orders.
And there the food stands, waiting to be distributed. This can take a while, because the young man in charge of service prefers to tap away on his phone and text. And these must be very important messages if you can leave the food standing there for 10 minutes. Joking aside. I watched this for a while. It was the same with our order and no different with others. I was lucky, my soup was okay. My companion’s curry was only lukewarm. Whoever is in charge of the service is not doing their job.
The food is good. The service could be better if he put his phone down.
Friendly service and staff.
Some customers might consider other people’s privacy and think twice before they will say something and publish it.
The food is delicious and the employees the don’t sit around, they work.
Anyway, the other day, I was on my way to work and had just about enough time to grab a bite to eat and this was on the way. I ordered from some disinterested staff (they all generally seemed like they were working there against their will), got my buzzer, sat down, waited. The food got served in a manner, where the waiter is already turned away and walking off, before the plate is completely on the table.
So, the food. Looked good smelled good. Tasted good – at first. The more I ate, the more the suspicion grew on me that some of the ingredients (and yes, it was certainly all topped off with fresh herbs and onions and such) below that and the noodles was… reused. You know, like Bill Maher says “I don’t know it for a fact but…”, I am 60/40 certain. Until… I sort of felt something. Slowed down chewing, searched with my tongue, and found a 2.5-3cm piece of piercing wood or bamboo in my food, which could have severely damaged the roof of my mouth.
I finished, left.
Ok, before you ask, why didn’t you complain, didn’t get a refund? Fair enough. But as I said initially, I was on my way to work and pressed for time at this stage. 30-40Zl. is not worth the hassle if it means coming to work late and angry – at least for me. I simply won’t come back, and am sharing here.
A typical small place with Asian fast food. Large menu and large portions. One portion will be enough for one person. Everything is delicious so that you can choose any item from the menu.
