It was my first time at this establishment, and I was looking forward to trying the pizza due to its positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. I arrived with my friend and was not greeted at all; the staff did not acknowledge us and went straight to preparing the pizza. After standing there for almost 10 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about my order, only to find that it had already been ready and had simply been kept warm.
This lack of acknowledgment from the staff shows poor customer service. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was disappointing. It had significant oven burn, was overly salty, and was not enjoyable to eat.
Overall, I will not recommend this place, and I do not plan to return. The experience felt very unprofessional.

BricknFire Pizza was such a great surprise! I didn’t expect a pizza restaurant inside a Marriott to be anything special, but it was absolutely top notch. We tried the Foodie and the Meat Lovers pizzas — both were crispy, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor.
The crust had that perfect crunch without being too heavy, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — whether you’re staying at the hotel or not, BricknFire is well worth it!

OMG- I am a very picky eater and I don’t go crazy over pizza however this place is a hidden gem. I stopped by after checking into the Hilton after 8pm on a Thursday night and was looking for something quick to eat. I saw that this place was across the street. So I go in and order a small cheese pizza and the man made it, put it in the oven and I paid. Within 2-3 minutes the pizza was out and in a box and he handed it to me. Well to say I was skeptical is putting it lightly. The walk back I just knew this pizza was going to be doughy and not fully cooked. I got to my room and sat down and it was crispy and the cheese was fully melted. I took a bite and this was absolutely the BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I mean wow!!!! It was so good that I was so full but I just wanted the last 2 pieces. I went back the next day for lunch thinking maybe it was a fluke but nope, it was perfect just like the night before. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza!!!!!

Wow! What a nice surprise. This is a small pizza place in front of the Marriott Hotel in downtown Baltimore and it’s GREAT! We were tired and hungry and it was getting late. We didn’t want to walk somewhere in the brutal cold, so we ordered a pizza to take to the room. Fresh ingredients, hot right out of the pizza oven and delicious. Employees were informative and helpful. We will definitely eat here again when in the city.

We came right after a busy Army Navy football game and ordered 5 pizza, 2 garlic knots and salad which took about 45 minutes and the staff was wonderful, helpful and working as quickly as possible with all their orders.
All the food came out hot and tasty, great crust and chew on the pizza and the salad was sizable. It was so affordable , only $110 before tip + tax.
Just because it’s inside the Marriott, it’s not hotel food and it’s a separate business. Would definitely enjoy it again.

Great Neapolitan style pizza. Had the garlic knots too. Pretty tasty. Individual sized pizzas. Only three tables so most is probably takeouts. Bottled water and a few kinds of pop for drinks. Two pizzas, the knots and 4 waters was $53. Awesome 90s rock on the radio.

Great artisanal pizza, high quality ingredients and one of the best wood-fired pizzas I’ve tried! The crust OMGawww. Their crust is the perfect balance between crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of char from the impressive wood-fired oven you can see every corner of the place. Service was friendly and the order took a little longer than I expected but it’s worth the wait! They have a good variety of salads and the portion is generous. The ambience is fine but tables are limited. It looks more like a to go place.

I was out walking my dog in the neighborhood when I stumbled across your pop up food tent! I met JJ who was very friendly and charismatic, you can tell he is a passionate chef and cares about his job. I hope that he receives this recognition. He was super helpful with recommendations and even answered all my questions about your company. I hope to dine inside soon!! As for the pizza… the prosciutto and hot honey was *chefs kiss*
