My husband and I called In a pepperoni pizza and picked it up right at the 15 minute mark. we then walked the five minutes back to our apartment and opened the box…. The pizza was cut so badly the ends of the slices were somehow cut into squares and were so uneven to the point where there were three big slices and the rest of them were the size of my hand. The center of the pizza had absolutely no sauce, but when you got towards the crust, I was scooping it off with a spoon and splattering it on my plate. when we called the manager to let them know, she offered to remake it, which was fine, but she didn’t apologize and she was rather rude to us on the phone.

This place has became the worst to even go to. I paid for pizza and it was approved. For some reason their screen said “error” my account was reflecting with the funds being withdrawn and processing. I was told I couldn’t get a pizza because their screen says error. I was told the money will be returned. LIES! The payment posted. I was told this happens to others as well. People are rude as hell there. If the payment don’t return back to me they will give a pizza voucher. At this point I don’t want a voucher I just want my money back!

Just ordered a cheese pizza from this location. There wasn’t any marinara sauce on it, instead of helping they put another employee on the phone and they said ‘i put one scoop, was that not enough?!’ rude and unprofessional. Not returning. I advise all custto check your pizza BEFORE you leave.

No one answers the phone. And when you go in, no one comes to the counter. A customer was waiting at the register when I walked in, after a few minutes, they sighed and left. I waited ten minutes. Same experience. Just decided to leave.
There were 3-4 employees in the back, but no one ever came to the register.

The staff at this location has always been nice and professional.
The price increase and less product is offered. The hot and ready has always been a normal crust. The last time I had pizza this thin was in Italy. Quarter of an inch through out.
To top it off my pizza has mold baked into it. Yes MOLD…see pics. So I wasted my money and still need to eat.

So sad, we have the most ghetto Little Caesars in the Valley. Lord help us!! You never know who’s managing. Pizzas are never cooked properly dry burnt too thick or too thin. Breadsticks come in all sizes. And now they fill your sauce half full. Anyone having issues, let’s direct them to the District Leader to remove current management at this location. We deserve better West Mesa.
