Purchased 10 piece chicken only received 9. Went back and advised same agent (name on receipt is Karmia W) and was questioned if I was sure. Told him I have a picture and offered to show him…..mind you I don’t live around the corner or next door. Requested 2 pieces and biscuit for my inconvenience. 2nd associate had to tell him to give me biscuit and 2nd piece. Received and thanked them for making it right and that I planned to give a good review. Enroute home received call from family member that chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. This is my first time in over a year at this location. Once I got home the replacement pieces tasted as I was told old. So this review is highly dissatisfied because not only did I spend my money and time but I also got food that was not able to be consumed. Not returning again because I’ve already wasted enough time and money. Thanks for wasting my time! Also, I tried to call the restaurant after getting home and tasting the food myself but of course no one answered.

I am writing regarding my visit to the Church’s Chicken location at 3160 W Pleasant Run Rd in Lancaster, TX on Sunday, February 1, 2026, around 6:15 PM.
I want to start by saying that the customer service at this location is consistently outstanding. Your employees are polite, professional, and clearly do their best, even under pressure. Unfortunately, during this visit the restaurant was completely out of fries and white meat, which caused significant frustration among customers.
What was most concerning to me was watching your employees take the brunt of customer complaints for issues that were entirely outside of their control. Running out of core menu items during peak hours is an inventory and ordering issue, not a frontline employee issue.
As a regular customer, I respectfully ask that more attention be given to proper food and supply ordering so your team has what they need to serve customers successfully. Your employees should not be placed in situations where they are set up to fail despite providing excellent service.
I appreciate your time and hope this feedback is taken seriously for the benefit of both your staff and your customers.

Walked in to get the smokehouse chicken but saw all the fried chicken and couldn’t resist. Easily the cleanest, crispiest, tastiest Church’s fried chicken in the DFW area. Excellent customer service!!

Jonathan and the guy in the green shirt at the counter did an amazing job. I made another trip there and everything was quick and precise! Give them a raise! I was weary about coming here again, but they made it simple. They kept me informed about my order. Will definitely be coming here again.

Worst place “EVER” to get just one piece of chicken. I had to wait approximately 20ty to 30ty minutes on 4 piece of chicken with pepper pack. The customer service “sucks”. Didn’t act like they were concerned about me just sitting there waiting. Had not for me having to pay for the order ahead of time, i would have been gone. No “I’m sorry” we are frying your chicken fresh… (nothing) I will drive a mile away before I go back to this location and I live 1/2 minutes away. Just a little bit of information about my experience. “F” this place. I’m still upset….

!!!!!THANKS FOR AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!! My 1st visit to this location has been life-changing, but the service was great. They only had spicy chicken left, and my daughters and I wanted it. We got the box of chicken biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. We never knew spicy for Church’s is seasoned. We appreciate good food and service. It was so great we came back and we were talking to the staff and management on how good the spicy chicken was. The young man immediately apologized that he accidentally gave me the original. I told him it was okay. He immediately made a box of spicy chicken. And for my patience, he gave me both boxes of chicken. To the staff here, keep doing a great job. You’re young, but never forget. Grade A Service goes a long way!!!!! Thanks to the staff that day and the regional training manager that allowed them the space to provide an excellent experience that day!

Make sure to check how many pieces chicken you asked for ! I asked for 8 piece mixed, I got no legs at all! They Added a wing but still got 7 pieces !

Yall it’s a sketchy place to get your chicken. 1 female staff was taking the lead on all the orders because the rest of the young men weren’t proactively helping. Anyways the chicken is good haven’t had issues with food quality.
