Hit the drive thru for lunch. Asked for no tomatoes and to add pickles, onions and hot peppers. Managed to get tomatoes and hot peppers. No onions no pickles. Some how managed to get cheese, even though I said no cheese.

Chicken wrap had sauce dipping all over the outside of it. could not hold with out getting it all over the place and made my wrap soggy. they also forgot an ingredient to the wrap. I have tried to give this place a chance a number of time but again but I will no longer be spending my money here and definitely not worth the 10 dollars.

My coworkers and I have had repeated issues with the 3rd st NW location bringing our food to the wrong location and bringing it ridiculously late. I always order for 15-30 minutes before my scheduled break so it’s here and I can actually eat, and they still seem to have issues getting the order out on time. Most recently my order was marked out for delivery half an hour early, and I called 45 minutes later when it was marked delivered and not here. I waited over an hour past the scheduled delivery time. Supremely unimpressed with the service.
