Ordered oatmilk lattes which were made well. Went through the drive through and the employees were beyond friendly and accommodating. I was actually even asked me to take a sip and make sure the temperature was how I liked. Wonderful service!

This place is the absolute worse!!! I think they recently changed hands and by recently I mean in the last year or so. I literally stood inside for what seemed to be a lifetime and wasn’t even acknowledged. After waiting what seemed to be forever just to ask if I wanted something I walked out. I will not go to this place again and I suggest if you have to be in and out for your morning coffee within the half an hour don’t go here. services horrible!!! I’ll never recommend this place. As decent human beings when someone’s making eye contact you at least acknowledge them not turn your back to make your next coffee. SMH

This has been one of, if not the best Dunkin locations I have been too. I actually started coming here on my commute after multiple bad experiences up the road in Nashville. I would be shocked if they had the same franchise owner.
I usually do a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving. I have been here about 6 times and my coffee has always been ready despite the long drive thru line. I appreciate that because I haven’t had that consistency at other locations. I will continue coming here

Wow! I stopped going to dunkin because I could never get a fresh donut to save my life. Thankfully this location did it right! Soft fresh donuts. Clean store. Good customer service. The powdered heart shaped filled vanilla creme and jelly is my favorite! They were SO GOOD i came back for more! Lol. Try the Toasted Marshmellow Latte with oatmilk, whip cream, cold foam and cinnamon sugar sprinkle!

Nice clean place, but somehow they got the order wrong and it took a while to get it even after it was ordered through the app 10 minutes before hand. They did fix the issue but it took him a moment to recognize the mistake they’d made even after pointing it out.

This is what you get if you order a matcha latte (or any latte for that matter) without ice. I don’t expect it to be filled to the brim, but I do expect it to be more than 1/3 of the cup volume. If this is a normal volume for a medium, this is absurd. It shows how little they give you for $4.99! Buyer beware that when you order at Dunkin, you’re paying $5 for THIS. Three scoops of industrial “matcha” powder and a cup of milk and 14oz of ice. I probably won’t come here ever again

Went to Dunkin’ today order a Caramel Iced Coffee and i don’t know what happen but it was not good. So I took it back and a young lady by the name of Marcuria made me another one and Omg it was so much better than the first one. She made my day. Thank you so much
