I usually don’t have many complaints with this store but today was horrible. Usually they dont follow the directions on the sticker. Plus today the drive thru girl was rude(blonde,young,chubby).,didn’t even say hi on the speaker and when I asked about the tip I left on the card reader if they would get it,she just rolled her eyes and answered with a attitude.,left the counter and some guy just brought me my drink that was made wrong. Anyways,hope this gets better or I will just go down the st to jitterz.

I never thought I would be giving Starbucks a one star review but I feel like it’s needed. Every time I come to this location I get disappointed. My drink is ALWAYS made wrong today was the 5th time they messed up or made my drink incorrectly. This is a Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso filled to the absolute rim with ice. Two sips down my $7 coffee is halfway gone. I had no time to return since I was on my way to work. I called the manager her response was careless and her effort was not good. She said oh you paid on the app “I will TRY to see if it will let me refund it” shouldn’t you know if you could or not you’re the manager?? She also offered me to come back for a remake but I don’t have time. Moral of the story employees here need to be trained better and the manager needs to not TRY and she needs to put more effort to make sure the customer is happy. I should’ve learned my lesson by now. I keep coming back because it’s close to my house but I will start driving down to the Government location where it’s always consistent like Starbucks should be.

Used to a store downtown. This being the case I was prepared for some minor changes. However I was not prepared for the lack of greeting customers. Just doesn’t feel like Starbucks honestly feels like any other coffee shop that thinks it is hip.

An employee named Bailey was extremely rude and short when speaking to my mom. She got the order wrong and made us feel very uncomfortable when we asked for it to be corrected. This behavior was unprofessional and did a terrible job representing this location.

I don’t even know how my drink can still be this full by the time I decided to take the picture. I had taken a sip but didn’t taste the flavoring so in my attempt to take the the lid off to stir it (while it stayed in my cupholder), there was spillage and it is still this full. I am all for getting the most out of my money but this is too full especially for someone through the drive-thru. I also ordered two items of food and there were no napkins given. I do not go to Starbucks often simply because I have had enough coffee by the time I have left my house so people can take this as a positive nice full cup of coffee or as a negative too full of a cup of coffee . Good coffee. Decent food. Just a messy experience.
