I ordered lunch today 12pm. Occasionally, there is a little extra wait time here but I never mind because my food is always fresh. Regardless the manager on duty went out of his way to offer me a coupon for my wait time. He went out of his way to apologize and make up for the wait even though I was completely okay with everything. Thank you always to the employees here. You’re always kind and my food is consistently correct!

Their food is always good and fresh but we placed an online order for 5 plate meals, drove 20 minutes to pick it up and when we got home ALL five of the orders were not right. We ate it because it wasn’t worth the 20 min drive back but very disappointing. Blows my mind when you order shrimp you get chicken…crazy! Needless to say we won’t be doing another online order.

I’m going to start off by saying Panda Express is my favorite place to eat. I usually always have a wonderful experience with exceptional staff there. Yesterday was not so great. My friend and I got to the one in Lenoir City last night at 9:20. They close at 10:00. The first thing the employee said was I hope you want mushroom chicken. They were cooking for a couple of other people that were there before us. My friend said he wanted teriyaki chicken and the employee said I hope you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes then he said with an attitude that they just shut the grill off and it would be 20 minutes. It was very obvious they didn’t want to serve us and wanted to go home early. We just left. I am sad that my favorite place ended with a terrible experience.

I honestly wish I knew her name, but the worker I encountered was absolutely so kind. It was my first time eating at Panda Express. She was patient, and even gave me some samples of other foods to try so I would have a better idea of what I liked. Just awesome service! I will be back.

Definitely a great experience. We stopped here for lunch while traveling and the staff was so sweet and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. And the manager made our kids feel special and loved which truly means alot to us. Definitely would recommend eating here

We ordered take out today. We got two Panda Bowls of Orange Chicken (they were out of Teriyaki Chicken) and another Panda Bowl of Mushroom Chicken. We also go Spring Rolls and an Egg Roll. They’re always nice here, and some times they have more choices than others. The food is always good and it’s one of my favorite places to eat.

Panda Express is pretty good no matter what location. Always a good experience with the orange chicken. Relly good chow mein and a few crab rangoons to finish the meal. It’s consistent and always tasty at most locations. I always recommend for a quick Chinese food fix on the go. This location didn’t disappoint.

I opted to order through the drivethru. The employees were friendly and efficient. However, the food tasted like it had sat in the warmer for longer than it should have and did not taste good. Even the simple items like friend rice and chow mein noodles had to be thrown away. I would not visit this location again.
