I agree the guy that has continually been at the drive thru window will not speak to customers at all. He takes your card and quickly closes the window, even if you say hi or thank you there is nothing. One time he was in such a rush to hand the card back it didn’t make it to my hand and flew under the car. He made no attempt to help or say anything while I got out and had to reach under.

Whoever was running the window register at around 2:20 pm today needs to be fired. Was very rude. Also got nasty sauce packets put in our bag. The guy also wasn’t wearing proper uniform. I’d rather drive out of my way to another Taco Bell before coming here. I would need to know there wouldn’t be any more rudeness and that the guy was fired before I order from here again.

The food was alright. My fiancée ordered a chicken cantina taco and the shell was completely busted up, and way too much sauce was put on it. The new queso burritos are decent. I liked subbing the chicken for steak, but that is my subbing preference.

I ordered my lunch and asked for 12 Fire sauces The employee laughed and informed me that that exceeded the limit of free fire sauces. Never had this happen at a Taco Bell before. I can’t imagine that charging 5 dollars an item provides such thin margins that the store needs to limit Fire Sauce. I eat at TB probably over 100 times a year. I will go to one of the other 100 Taco Bell’s that doesn’t ration Fire Sauce I guess.
