This place has the warm feel of diners from my childhood. Casual atmosphere with absolutely delicious food. I will be back for the Ganley’s Skillet, 4/4 of us agree it was delicious and the portions were very filling. Easy choice if you’re looking for all-day breakfast!

We absolutely loved our breakfast at Ganley’s in Nisswa! The old-school, cozy feel of this spot made it such a fun and comforting place to start our day. The food was top notch — everything tasted homemade and hit the spot perfectly.
The service was just as wonderful. We didn’t catch our server’s name, but we were there Saturday mid-morning (2/7), and she was truly so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Nisswa. Such a gem of a breakfast spot!

The Ganley Skillet was decent. We split that for 2 and the staff put it on two separate plates for us which was unexpected, but nice. The toast wasn’t crisp and was soggy from the condensation on the plate. It’s pretty loud in the restaurant which was the main issue I had. It is probably one of the only places in the area to get breakfast so it was busy. They let us know about the wait times and it was accurate. Not a place where you’d feel comfortable sitting and catching up with someone. Overall a typical small town diner experience.

Today we had excellent food and service at Ganley’s Restaurant in Nisswa, MN. We sat on the patio for breakfast. The food was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our granddaughter said her Sunnyside Up Egg was better than dad’s and grandpa’s. We this girl is hard to impress, as grandpa makes pretty darn good Sunnyside Up Eggs. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The omletes cooked perfectly and flavorful per my spouse and daughter. My spouse and I alway stop here for breakfast when in Nisswa. It is a must stop place for us, and after you try it I’m sure you will add it to your breakfast stop list. Stop in and enjoy an excellent home-cooked breakfast, then take in all Nisswa has to offer!

Delicious food and great atmosphere. The place was full but not crowded. Our waitress was absolutely the best. She was attentive but not hovering (she was pretty busy!)
The caramel roll was to die for and the pancake, egg, and bacon meal was delicious. My son got the western omelette and was absolutely filled to the gills.
NOTE: If you want the two pancake meal, just go ahead and order the pancake, egg, and bacon, because you get the eggs extra for the same price!
I would definitely recommend Ganley’s for anyone coming through the area.

Nice place. Mostly clean. We had a lack-luster server. Did not try to upsell or seem cheerful. Husband had the walleye. I thought it looked like a pancake. Tasted more like well-seasoned eggs with fish than walleye, tho. Cole slaw and fries were good. I had the Cobb salad. It was okay. We also ordered the cowboy jalapeno bites. They were okay as well. We tried the pie for dessert. Banana Cream had hardly any bananas in it. French silk was good. Crust is good. Overall, not bad. But not “outstanding” either. Might stop to try a malt next time but we’ll try other places before going there again.

Mariah was a wonderful wait person and she gave us great service with a smile. My bean & bacon soup and Santa Fe chicken sandwich were so yummy! My husband loved his taco salad. Of course, he also loved the apple pie.

Excellent Eggs Benedict (the hollandaise was spot on), hash browns were tasty and plentiful. The ham steak that came with the Lumberjack was a bit fatty, but a large portion. Service was friendly – would definitely eat here again!
