I’ve been coming here and getting biscuits for years and I have never had a complaint. This morning however, I’m not sure what was going on, but the biscuits were horrible. I got a biscuit that looked good, but it was super light and had no substance or flavor…it tasted like it was microwaved and the best way I can describe it is that it was like a gas station biscuit. It was so bad I didn’t eat it.
Consistency is key, I won’t be returning here if this is what they’re selling now. I will say that the other dairy Queen locations I visit locally have still been great.

Nice and clean. Good was great. Their hamburgers were actually as thick as the pictures. They were almost too big to fit in my mouth.

Employees were too busy chatting with each other to get my order right, plus it took forever to come out despite an empty store. Ordered fries with my meal and got onion rings, went back in to correct it, and took 5 minutes for an employee to come to the counter even though, as said before, the store had no other customers. Otherwise, the food always comes out great despite bad service.

Priced outrageously high for a meal. I couldn’t imagine feeding a family of four on these prices at this Dairy Queen and forget about desert or you’ll be spending a 100.00 on cheap quality food with delayed service. Burger was cold and didn’t get the order right. I would definitely not recommend the clarkesville, GA location. You can eat better food else where near by in town.

If there were any way I could give dairy Queen in Clarksville on highway 441 a lower rating than one I would do it. I arrived at the store at 9:32 p.m. got out of my car approached the door they locked the door as I approached I informed them through the door glass that I was a DoorDash driver to pick up an order. The girl proceeded to say we’re closed and they clearly are not supposed to close until 10:00 p.m. nearly a half hour from the time that I arrive. She told me I would have to go through the drive-thru which is fine but I asked her could I please use the restroom I’m on the road constantly and have no place to stop and use the restroom except the restaurants that I pick up orders at. She told me she could not do that she was not allowed to after the door was locked All I said was you got to be kidding me I got in my car went through the drive-thru picked up my order for my customer the same girl was at the window no apologies no I’m sorry no nothing just a kid with a very small sense of power and not letting someone who’s doing a favor for them a restroom break. This is July 15th 2024 courtesy and customer service is clearly something in the past.
