Excellent customer service with smiles. Great food. Great prices. I suggest trying the tteokbokki if you like spicy. They have alternative if not but worth the try. Hot cheetos covered kong dog and Boba tea. Delicious and worth a try or 3. Definitely stopping in again.

Located in the mall’s food court is why I gave the atmosphere, a 3-star rating. They have colorful pictures of the different items from their menu. Making the food very appetizing. However, the Chicken Dumplings tasted and looked like pork. When I questioned the possibility of a mixup with my order, the staff, without hesitation or inspecting the dumplings closely, claim it was “chicken”. Food was bad as well as the service.

Tried the mozzarella and potato option and it was really good. I noticed they had vegetarian/fake meat hot dogs available after ordering, so there’s plenty of options for everyone. If you try any of the unique canned beverages, I recommend the milkis. Very cute theming also on the store front.

Korean style eatery! Tried the Hot Cheeto kong dog with chicken sausage, It was yummy! did not like the sausage much, instead I should have tried mozzarella Or plant based! U can select what u want on the inside, different meat options are available! Also the sauce on the top was a little sweet for me, I did not know I could choose the sauce too, options for that would be mustard, ketchup. But definitely check out this place for a different food option, u’ll definitely like it.

Kong dogs at crossgates Mall was horrible, I ordered a Hot Cheeto Kong Dog, and it was nasty. The cheese was so thick that you couldn’t chew it, and the hot dog was the size of my pinky. I would not recommend it

13$ for a combo dog plus over cooked and over used grease fries. If that is your thing, go for it. If You are hung over and want greasy, come here, otherwise avoid.

First time having Korean style corn dogs and they were so good! They actually made a mistake on my order and gave me cheese instead of hot dog in one of my corn dogs. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t mind but the staff were very friendly so I think if I had said something they would have fixed it for me no problem. Me and my group got 4 flavors to try: the potato, the churro, rainbow, and flaming hot Cheeto. They were all really good. I loved the churro one the best! I can’t wait to come back here again and I hope they’ll open a location in Rochester so I can go more often!
