On what was apparently an incredibly busy evening, I had ordered two pizzas on the mobile app. I was able to follow the tracker, and I was pleasantly surprised when my pizzas showed ready well within the estimated time. After getting home with the pizzas, I was impressed again by the quality and how well made they were. My family really likes Little Caesars, and this whole experience is certainly an example of why.

The worst experience I have ever had. Couldn’t find the order, then waited for 15 mins for the food, never got it brought out. Went inside to get the food or find out what was going on. She couldn’t find our food, then when she did find it the food was warm not hot.

Had the worst experience at my local little Caesar’s today. Had to wait 10mins to receive my food because they had to cook a “Detroit DeepDish”(which is understandable) and when I finally received my food it is the most thrown together, inedible, sloppiest pizza that I have ever seen. Handed to me by the manager. Poor work ethic, and quality control is way past subpar. Cross posting this to everywhere there is possible for a review on this Jasper, Al store

Waited 30 minutes for pizza that should’ve done been gave to me but they handed it out so I had to wait longer for them to cook more pizza that they handed out to people after me so the service is screwed up just make sure they got it ready don’t ever take a beeper or wait on to cook you’ll be waiting forever

It’s a pizza joint, no sitting fir dine in, mostly drive thru .. couple of the employees weren’t friendly at all , then now there’s a brown headed girl who used to door dash, I mention this because I didn’t get her name but she’s point on ! Friendly and fast, helpful. Makes a difference when you go in to pick up.

Paid almost $17.00 for a Supreme. After driving 17 miles home I opened the pizza and it was a pepperoni ($6.95) When me wife called some woman said she would connect us to the store “to see if this was true!”

Honestly really don’t have any complaints about this particular Little Caesars location every time I’ve always been there everyone is always helpful and friendly and what I’m looking for is usually there and I’m able to get in and out relatively quick kind of wish there was one a little bit closer to me at my house then this one but all in all really no complaints
