I would not recommend going through the drive-thru. They always put you on hold you wait several minutes, and most of the time they forget you’re there. I usually order online and even in the drive-thru it takes forever to get your order. I would recommend walking into the place to order your food. Absolutely horrible service

We ordered breakfast on a weekday. The food was typical BK food, the service was fast but most of all this BK was clean including the rest room. Easy access to/from the freeway.

Drive thru got our order completely wrong, charged us without checking order request, and hurried us along before we found out, also, the phone # to this location is no longer in service. We will return after our job is finished and make a complaint in person.
Also, Jr. chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets taste is off.

When you are waiting for fast food for 20 mins and there is only one person ahead of you, it gives you plenty of time to take pictures. The one good thing I can say is that the fries were hot and fresh. As for the chicken sandwich even special ordered tasted old and dry. I believe cardboard would have been easier to chew and tasted better. The bathrooms were disgusting. The one stall that looked the cleanest didn’t have toilet paper. I had to take from dirtier stall. Then after washed hands had no paper towels so had to grab more toilet paper to open the door. I know short handed but come on, someone needs to take the time to clean up a place that you expect people to eat. We had to eat in car due to bugs flying around store.

The breakfast was really delicious, I ate two servings with my husband and wanted to eat one, so I went to order it again, and this little breakfast was also particularly delicious, highly recommended, the staff was also friendly, will come back.

They were under staffed and the women was trying her best . I came in Wednesday night about 9pm and my soda was horrible and my food was cold. Called to get my drink refunded and the number is disconnected. Do better as a chain SMH.

First off Julian at the counter was exceptionally courteous. Very.
But, often food is wrong because my daughter and I have allergies which require ordering the burger plain. No big deal right?
But, we asked to double check the lady that handed it to us. We are going to be on the road and can’t go back.
She took them back without a word or smile, and slammed them on the counter. She was heavy set, dark hair in all black with a headset.
As often happens the burger was wrong. Yet she just fixed and handed the bag back without comment so we knew she was angry.
