If you come here PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ORDER AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
No straw for my drink. Gave me the wrong condiments. Asked for FRESH chicken strips. They gave me old ones. And the biscuits were so hard I didn’t even bother trying to finish it. Which irritated me because i paid for an extra one.
I’ll probably never go back to this location. Also got caught up in the mix while they were training a new girl.

Man I had to come to Ontario for some business all the way from Redlands…I was craving churches man the food was so fresh with a great serving! It taste better than most locations like better seasoning I wonder if this one is a franchise??? anyway thank you ❤️

This place has good food. The only thing bad about this particular location is the drive through. It is so small and has a very tight curve that you can see all the scratches on the wall from people’s car bumpers hitting it.

I ordered a Texas 2 piece feast spicy with legs only. They gave me a leg and a thigh, then refused to answer the phone when I called to complain. I’m handicapped and going back out today would be very painful. If I don’t call as soon as possible, they probably won’t replace it. I am a very unhappy customer. Hopefully they see this and decide to make it right.

I’m sorry to report I just got home and my order was the 5 chicken tender combo and received chicken and a drink. No fries .. no biscuit… So sad .

It has been a long time since I had Churches Chicken. So when my daughter asked for it I was happy to get it for her. I was highly disappointed after spending nearly $50 and the food was definitely old and had been sitting the biscuits were hard to bite into, so into the trash they went. The french fries were cold and had a mixture of fries that were over fried. If you are going to give mediocre food you should charge mediocre prices. It looked and tasted like it came from someone’s kitchen, and not in a good way. My kids ate it because it was too far to drive back. For that I blame myself for not looking at the reviews, lesson learned.

I got the 3 piece mixed spicy meal. It came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit with drink. It was actually very tasty and just right on the spicy level. Chicken is juicy and not dried out from the heat lamps.
