Someone’s not following ingredients or something. Put Jalapeños in the fajita veggies. No it wasn’t the corn salsa. I got that in the side. You can even tell in the sauté the different peppers. I had a GI surgery and couldn’t eat it. Tried calling the store but no one answered. The raw one in the picture is the corn salsa. The darker one is the grilled bell pepper and the light pale green is the grilled jalapeños. Obvious that it is no bell pepper.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle because of the manager’s behavior Payton. The manager was extremely rude not only to customers but also to employees. She had a very negative attitude and spoke to people in a disrespectful way, which made the whole environment uncomfortable. It’s concerning to see staff being treated poorly and customers not being treated with basic courtesy. Management plays a big role in setting the tone of a workplace, and unfortunately this experience reflected very badly on the store. I really hope the company looks into this situation and considers replacing the manager or addressing the issue so both employees and customers can have a better experience.

Ordered a mobile order after work. Was excited to eat a good meal after working 8 hours in the hot sun. Order was done at the time it was suppose to be. I only opened the bag to check if my side items were there, I didn’t check the bowl. Usually I don’t have my order wrong but this time it was so bad I had to drive 25 minutes back so they could correct it. Half of the ingredients I ordered in my bowl were missing! If I wanted rice, beans and chicken I would have gone to pollo loco for half the price. I wasted 1 hour and gas money for this inconvenience.

I was literally SCREAMED at by this young lady who then immediately refused to tell me her name or her or get a manager for me to speak with. Please don’t waste your time or money at this location. The entire staff needs to be trained properly on customer service and fundamental manners. I have reached out to corporate about my embarrassing experience and encourage you all who have a complaint to do the same. It’s not right to treat customers rudely for any reason, let alone no reason other than choosing to be disrespectful. This picture is of her ignoring me after she turned her back on me when I kept insisting to speak with someone above her and asking for her name. I am in genuine disbelief about the way she was behaving. She should have been fired immediately for the way she was conducting herself with a customer.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for some time now, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service and consistent quality until recently. Since the new manager, Peyton, took over, the overall experience has noticeably declined.

One of the most disappointing changes was the departure of Christina, a former manager who truly set the standard for excellent customer service. Christina consistently ensured that guests were taken care of efficiently and respectfully. She created a welcoming environment, always supported her staff, and went the extra mile to uphold the quality and standards we came to expect from Chipotle.

Unfortunately, since her departure, there has been a significant shift in atmosphere and service. The current management seems disorganized and inattentive. Ordering now feels rushed, and the quality of the food often falls short whether it’s underportioned, poorly prepared, or not as fresh as it used to be.

It’s disheartening to see such a great team dynamic and customer experience deteriorate under new leadership. I hope upper management takes a closer look at how these recent changes are impacting both the staff and the customers. For the sake of this location’s reputation and the hardworking team that remains, I sincerely hope corrective action is taken starting with re-evaluating the current management.

Chipotle should be a place where both employees feel supported and customers feel valued. I hope to see this location return to those standards soon.

Place has been going down in service. Clearly ordered extra stuff and I got it half full. If you order online make sure to check your food before leaving or be prepared to be disappointed.
