I stop by this Dunkin’ pretty often, and I have to shout out Dianelli for consistently great service. She’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely positive — even during busy rushes. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and making customers feel welcome.

My order is always made correctly, and her attitude alone makes the stop worth it. Employees like her really make a difference and represent Dunkin’ well. Keep up the great work!

I went to dunkin this morning and got a croissant sandwich and half of the croissant was gone, I got a hash brown cup and the bacon is burnt with barely any queso, and Avocado toast with bacon. They were busy but it’s no excuse. As well as no fork, luckily had one in my car.

Literally one of the best run Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work!
Super quick drive thru and nailed the specifics. Couldn’t ask for any better

I had a genuinely love experience at this location thanks to an employee named Iris! The place was initially really busy and a little understaffed, but Iris seemed to be handling things really well and with a smile. She got my order perfectly and honestly made my day a little bit better by her cheerful demeaner, the coffees and donuts were great but as a hardcore dunkin donut fan thats a given.

I went into the location because the drive through was wrapped around the building. The manager said the only way to order was to use the kiosk, they would not take my order manually. Looks like Dunkin lost out on me business today!

I went to this location today to get an apple fritter. To save time I went through the drive-through. The line wasn’t terribly long. The fritter cost $2.12. I gave the girl three dollars and she gave me $.50 back. Bad enough, right? That’s what I thought, anyway. But no. I went back into the shop which totally defeated the idea of going through the drive-through. I asked once again how much the apple fritter cost just to make sure it wasn’t I who had made the mistake. A different girl confirmed that it cost $2.12. I showed her that I had received $.50 back and asked for the remainder of my change. She gave me another $.35. When I asked where the other three cents were, she explained that their policy is not to give out pennies. I explained that if they decide not to use legal tender, then they have to compensate for it. She said she couldn’t give me those three pennies because then her till would be short at the end of the day. But she didn’t mind keeping the 38 cents when I went through the drive-through. After much debate, they finally broke down and gave me the amount I was supposed to get back in the first place. I’m sorry I went.

I have come here many times through the last couple of years with fair results in my experiences. Yesterday on the other hand was the first time in a bit that we went inside… apparently a new ordering system is now in place where you use a kiosk. This feature confused the hell out of an older lady which then took her 15 minutes to actually even order food. With only the one kiosk (and a dunkin employee trying to help her order… which obviously defeats the purpose of having a kiosk ) we had to wait until she was done to then order our items. 30 minutes for one coffee and 3 donuts…

Yeah.

Drive through or bust people…
