It was a joy to return to this terrific waterfront restaurant in Anna Marie Island. Artie, the amazing manager, welcomed us back with open arms. We were immediately seated at a fine waterfront table as per our request just in time to see an unobstructed, beautiful sunset
My wife had her favorite drink on the island, a fig infused old-fashion, complete with an entire fig! I opted for a draft beer. The calamari appetizer is not to be missed. Perfectly seasoned and a generous portion. The tuna was very fresh and flavorful.
For entrées, my wife had delicious grouper tacos, full of flavor and a hardy portion of grouper. I opted for the fig glazed salmon, which was perfectly prepared and moist.
The sunset was priceless. Beach House offers the finest dining and sunsets that we have found in the area. We look forward to returning soon.

Love this restaurant. Ate here twice in 3 days! Grouper was tender and delicious. Clam chowder was so good with lots of seafood in it. Favorite place in the area we ate at. Gulf view is a huge plus

Stopped in on a Wednesday for an early dinner with a friend after sitting on the beach for a few hours. It may have been around 4:00 ish so the dinner crowd hadn’t arrived yet. We sat out on the back patio in the sand overlooking the beach. The sun and water views were amazing! It took quite a bit of time for our waitress to come greet us which I thought was odd because the restaurant wasnt that busy. Once she did, the service was fine. I ordered the Farm Salad with grilled salmon and it was spectacular! It was so tasty and it was the biggest piece of salmon I think I have ever gotten out. It was cooked perfectly. My friend had the Grouper Tacos and said that they were excellent as well. I would highly recommend the Beach House! Prices are on the high side, but then again you are paying for the location and water views while dining. Definitely worth it!

The Beach House has come back better than ever after Milton. There are no visible scars left from the hurricane. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there recently and it was perfect. We had a front row view of the beach and Gulf and the sunset, ate with our toes in the sand and had a great server, Cam, who was very good with menu suggestions. We started with a couple nice drinks. I had the Paloma and my husband had an Old Fashion. We split a bowl of clam chowder which was very good. My husband had the Lobster Ravioli and I had the Mahi special which was coated with a coconut crust similar to coconut shrimp. Mine was very good but my husband’s Ravioli won the taste contest. Wow! We even got a full-size free dessert. My husband picked the Key Lime Pie and it was delicious. As I said earlier, it was perfect. The Beach House remains as one of our favorite beach-front restaurants to go to.

We had an exceptional experience at the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant. I first inquired about a reservation about 4:20 pm for 5:00 pm the same day in the sand outside. I spoke with Brian the manager and he said he could make that happen. It wasn’t real busy when we got there so we let the hostess know we were there. She couldn’t find our reservation but got Brian to help. He had put our name under something he made up but he remembered me, so he said no worries and took us straight out to the best table on the beach by the rope. We had a perfect view for the sunset! Jeff was our waiter and he couldn’t have done a better job! He was excellent and checked on us several times. The grouper sandwich was the best I’ve ever eaten and pretty large. I had not intended to eat all of it but I did!! Also had fries and they were delicious too, seasoned just right. The valet parking was easy and quick. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend the restaurant with new owners.

A great place to relax on the water. They offer indoor seating as well. We ordered the stone crabs claws for an appetizer and really enjoyed them. I ordered the lobster roll and my wife the grouper tacos. Both were excellent. Our server was extremely friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience! Food was delicious, service was excellent, and sunset was spectacular. Stopped here for an early dinner while on vacation with my husband and daughter. I had the coconut Mahi mahi—so incredible, my husband had the blackened grouper tacos, and my daughter had the fish and chips. We also had a beach house margarita, which was delicious and a red sangria (which tasted like cough syrup, but they removed it from our bill). We had no wait–did not need a reservation–and were seated right away. We parked across the street and paid $8 an hour. But then you have to walk a little bit to get to a crosswalk, so that was a little inconvenient but overall, I would definitely recommend.

Love the ocean side dining and the beautiful views, the excellent choice of Entrees love the appetizer as well. Just love the views my gosh. It was so relaxing. The food was delicious. Drinks were awesome as well.

This is our first time coming here to eat. The atmosphere was great. Jesse our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We didn’t have reservations and were still able to watch the sunset at great tables. The drinks were great and the food was delicious

We had an awesome dinner at Beach House on Longboat Key! I got the coconut mahi mahi—hands down one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. My wife went with the grouper tacos and loved every bite. The old fashioned was perfect too. Great food, great service, and a killer sunset view. We’ll definitely be back!
