2nd time trying this location and will never return.. i ordered a beef and cheddar light beef extra cheddar. They charged me 99 cent to use less meat. They gave me less than the amount of cheddar required of a beef and cheddar, and then when I went back, they gave me a 1/2 a cup of cheddar, and then a dollar back for charging me. For getting less meat, I will never return here. The sandwich was cold instead of remaking the order. They just gave me a half thing of cold cheese, and this is a six dollar sandwich.

Workers kept saying “oh my God” over the speaker as I placed the order for my family of 5! Had me pull up to wait for order but never gave me straws for the drinks then got upset when I asked for straws. Literally all food except the chicken nuggets were ice cold after waiting 5 minutes for “fresh chicken and fries” . They did not even count how many nuggets they put in each container. Paid for two 9 piece nuggets. I was given a 7 piece and an 8 piece… pictures are a “large” and “medium” lemonade.

Wade provided excellent customer service. He dropped off fresh fries and tenders for my meal and provided me with plenty of sauce and ketchup. This is my favorite Arby’s to go to on my side of the city.

Worst fast food in the world !! If you don’t ask them to cook your chicken or when they have fish sandwiches fresh they will be so hard and dried out you will not be able to eat them!!! Terrible food terrible quality!!!

Every single time I get food here something is missing or wrong. You would think spending 70 dollars for a family of 5 to eat fast food would warrant getting your food correct. This is ridiculous. If I never come here again it will be too soon. 12 dollar sandwich that you didn’t even give me the sauce for. Just some dry pulled pork with no sweet barbecue. And a literal tablespoon of cheddar sauce for my curly fries. Employees don’t give a single care about customer satisfaction. It’s been nearly impossible for me not to swear through this review for emphasis.

Make sure if you order no buns on your sandwiches that you check them before you leave. Several ingredients were missing off both of my sandwiches even though I just ordered no bun. Apparently they forget how to make sandwiches when the bun is taken off.

One star is generous. I’ve tried this place 3 times in a week or so, as it’s on my way home from work. The service is horrendously slow, ridiculously so. Super long waits for 1-2 vehicles.
The quality is lacking. Last night and tonight my regular roast beef sandwhich was tiny, slapped together, and SQUASHED. (See photos). Finger grooves were visible on the buns and the sandwhich was clearly flat while still in the wrapper. Last night the lid came off the shake driving home and spilled. The lids don’t fasten tightly.
The manager on duty tonight was extremely unprofessional and blamed his employees for the long wait for my onion rings. I ended up basically forced to take curly fries, which I really didn’t want. Nothing else was available and after 15 minutes in line I wasn’t waiting any longer. I did eventually get the onion rings but they weren’t fully cooked so were inedible. I had also wanted to order cookies but they weren’t ready either.
We just moved to the area and I’m sad this Arbys isn’t like our old one, that had top notch service. Doubt I will be back.
