I recently visited the Wingstop on Smoketown Rd and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Joana, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and efficient. She made sure my order was correct and even offered some great recommendations. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Wingstop location and commend Joana for her outstanding service.

I usually come here pretty often. Today I came in and had a friendly interaction with the Cashier. I was picking up an order but ended up waiting a bit, completely normal. I see as they both greet the customers and ask if they would like to place an order or if they are picking up, making sure orders get handed out correctly. They let me know to leave a review for them because management has been harsh on them. I believe these two young ladys are doing an awesome job already but remember to also be kind to your workers. I use to be a manager at a fast food place and dealt with all types of customers. It is important to create a good environment for customers but also consider the people working for your company and to be kind to them as well. Give them tips but also uplift them, compliment and appreciate their good deeds therefore they continue giving out the same good energy to customers.

I came into the store to pick up an order, and like always, it was super busy. The two young girls working in the front were doing their best on getting multiple things done even with a lot of customers trying to make orders and pick up they were still trying to get the customers their orders ready. It’s honestly disgusting how some grown adults act towards employees . I get that people get upset when their order takes a while or comes out wrong. Some customers are disrespectful even while ordering.
A lot of people come in with huge orders, and of course that’s going to take time. Simply if you aren’t willing to wait a while in this store and do nothing but complain don’t order from here.

This Wingstop doesn’t disappoint! I always go for pickup and the food is usually ready in 10min. I have been going to this spot for 4 years now and have nothing but great things to say. Try the Mango Habanero boneless wings and grab a side of wedges. Its but so tasty.

I had a taste for Wingstop and now that I received my food, I remember why I had not ordered in a while. The fries were warm, cooked kinda hard and not fully seasoned. I got lemon pepper wings and because I know they don’t season them enough for me they wanted to charge me $2 for some extra seasoning. Asked if they can put more seasoning on them and it still looked bare and very greasy. I think I’m done with this location.

Wings are always good, but the counts and sauses are out of proportion. Why would you serve 15 wings (odd number) and only allow two sauces? And only three sauces for 20 (an even number) like that makes no sense. 15 wings get three, 20 gets four and so on, that’s standard!
