This is hands down one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped down in who knows how long, and the trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms were downright nasty smelled terrible and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day.
To make things worse, the staff seemed totally uninterested. No one greeted me, and my food came out cold and sloppy. Fries were soggy, burger looked like it had been sitting for hours, and my drink cup was sticky on the outside.
I get that it’s a small town, but come on basic cleanliness and customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. If you’re passing through Yerington, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

What can I say, this is a McDonalds and you know what you’re getting here. And I should note, this is the only fast food restaurant in town which I’m happy to have especially being that they open early and close late. Of course, if you’re just passing through town, it is located right off the highway, is super easy to access and they do have a drive thru. My wife and I typically make a stop here for breakfast when we need to be on the road at the crack of dawn and if we have the time, we do enjoy eating inside as the dining area is clean, modern and comfortable. Even the restroom are just as nice. As far as the food goes, I have read a few of the reviews that have been less than stellar but I have to say, we’ve always had a great experience in terms of freshness, quality and taste. But of course, that’s just been my experience.

Went through the drive thru while passing through town. Around 10pm on a Saturday night. Wasn’t too busy. I don’t eat McDonald’s often. But I have to say this was the best, hottest and freshest burger and fries I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald’s. Ever.

Waited in the drive thru a little longer than expected, but gave it some grace based on it being located in such a small town. Server in drive thru seemed confused and burgers were extremely dry and burnt. I thought maybe it was due to going later in the evening and a short staff, but observed 5 staff on deck and as stated previously it’s a small town location so not a lot of traffic. I gave this review only because I’ve worked at a McDonald’s myself, in a high traffic area and all shifts and stations. So I’m aware of what’s required, food standards and service. This experience just didn’t meet standards the franchise has set, but it didn’t deter me from trying them again in the future.

2:30 in the afternoon and absolutely filthy inside. Certainly not during the lunch rush. Soda spilled and dried all over the drink station. Tables covered in dried ketchup. It’s disgusting in here. Can only imagine the kitchen…

I don’t want to use your stupid kiosk. I spent 10 minutes trying to find my selections. It says “cash payments at counter”. Not one single worker acknowledged me and thus I could not pay cash. McDonald’s- you likely deleted one staff. It’s too bad because the place is nice enough but this service concept is flawed
Down the road, 15minutes and realized my iced tea is sweetened. Hate sweet tea.

Had an amazing experience on 11/2 2-3pm the workers Mia and Christine went above and beyond as I watched them understaffed handle a rush. I apologized because I used like 15 mobile order codes for monopoly and all my food was out in less than 10 minutes!! Props to those two workers!

Chicken was old.cashier was rude. Went in right before closing unknowingly, and unfortunately as we were passing through town. They forgot an item, demanded to see the receipt in a rude manner, snatched it out of my hand, and never apologized for the mistake.
