This is a very traditional and authentic Vietnamese spot! They have a large menu with lots of tasty Vietnamese dishes from rice dishes to pho. They’re a big part of the Vietnamese community and I’d recommend them to others in the area!

We are lucky to have so many great vietnamese restraunts in Albuquerque. Having tried almost all of them, Pho #1 is my go to. I’ve eaten here for years and it’s so consistent, always fresh and delicious and flavor on point. Operated by a lovely family as well.

Very easy to place an order by phone and order was done fast. We ordered various of stuff to go. Two pho, rare steak and beef ball slice; combination Fried Rice w/ chicken, cilantro, green onions, shrimp and pork sausage) and Jasmine Rice with Grilled Pork Chop, Sliced Pork Skin, and Fried Egg. The portions are good. Great taste, everything is well-seasoned. Combination fried rice comes with tons of meat. Pho soup is very soothing.

The staff is extremely outgoing, something that is rare these days. Came in right before close to get a Togo order. They treated me with extreme kindness, not knowing if I was the pickup or a last minute dine in. No the less, they treated me graciously! Like they wanted the business, it was shocking honestly! You don’t get treated like this anymore! Thank you! Food is great as well!

I was pleased to see that they had a full page of vegetarian options. I got the tiny vermicelli with lemongrass tofu and it was amazing! The tofu was probably the best I’ve ever had. Service was fast and everyone was nice, but not overattentative. They let you enjoy your meal in peace, which I appreciate.

Very much enjoyed the flavors of the food. The vermicelli was delicious. The grilled shrimp was fantastically flavorful and perfectly cooked. Loved the Raw beef and Brisket Pho. Tasty all around. They were very well set up for indoor dining guidelines with partitions and speed tables. We enjoy our dinner greatly and plants revisit.

I had an unexpected layover stay in ABQ due to a cancelled flight, and just wanted a bowl of pho at the end of a long day. Pho #1 definitely delivered. The pho was absolutely delicious and authentic, with a deeply flavored broth and fresh ingredients. The staff was extremely friendly, even offering me some treats while I waited for my ride-share. It’s a small gesture but it meant a lot to me, given the day I had.

Came for the Pho; returned for the Foo. Our grandson is stationed here in the air force & stopped by one day to tell us he had found the best Pho in ABQ. I have to agree, it’s damn good pho, the brisket pho has a unique flavor you don’t really get elsewhere. Pho is my favorite Vietnamese dish. I noticed on the menu they also had vegetable egg foo young, which is my favorite Chinese dish. We came back the following week for the foo & it really is the best egg foo young in the 505! Oh & before I forget, the salted lemonade is so delicious, way better than it sounds. 10/10 would recommend!

Best tasting pho ever in ABQ. The lady there gives the best recommendations, as I didn’t know what to pick (there are so many great options)! Not cheap with the toppings at all and the small bowl was a perfect portion for me. I got #48. Recommend it all the way!
