I had a wonderful experience here. I don’t know why they have one star reviews, that is absolutely undeserved. While the portion sizes are smaller than I’m used to and there isn’t a massive pho selection (for beef, it’s just steak, meatball, and tendon, no brisket unfortunately) the broth was delicious. The jalapeños weren’t very fresh but everything else was fresh and delicious. I got my beef pho with all steak and really enjoyed it, although there wasn’t much meat in it, I am used to more. What made my experience truly amazing was Juan’s excellent service. He went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and kind. When I asked for extra basil and lime, he didn’t hesitate, and was so lovely. The coconut water was also super tasty! For the location and price, this is a great pho place. Thank you so much, Juan! See you next time!

My family and I went in to taste their mexican dishes and my boyfriend had the camarones a la Diabla I had the garlic shrimp, when they served us our meal the food did not look good the garlic shrimp had no flavor they over served the sour cream and guacamole souce they did not offer no salsa. The worst part for was that they served us re-heated tortillas!!! They tasted so gross i could not finish meal. On the other hand the service was great the servers were nice.

Decent pho, big dining area, lovely spring rolls. The beer was a tad warm and the extras for pho were little. The sauce was also shared on the same plate and there was no bottle on each table. I guess they’d bring more if we asked for it. I’ll stop by again to try other dishes!

Some suggestions :
1. Put on some music, build up an atmosphere
2. Have the correct sauces, cutlery etc ready to go for whatever food you are serving
3. Have the staff more informed on the food that you are serving
4. The space is really large so rather than having really uncomfortable chairs and tables that are all empty as the space is so large, maybe add a couch and a sitting room style corner with books etc so folks can just chill and have a boba
5. In the “wine bar” area just make it the music zone – people can pick records to put on etc – your not using that space as a bar
I think the food is decent, and the space has so much potential, if the owners can focus making it warmer, more friendly etc and maybe some promotional days, it might work out, right now it’s a really large space that looks empty all the time.

New spot on pacific Ave downtown area, great food large fresh portions. Had to go and dine in, dine in was slightly better . Legit pricing , average $16 per dish . Open late

I ordered pho. The broth was nonexistent. It was just a bucket of raw ingredients and the broth didn’t even cover it half way. It was impossible to eat. The green onions and cilantro were also clearly browning and too old.

Me and friends went and had different dishes from the Vietnamese half of the menu, all dishes arrived promptly and tasted great. All of us enjoyed our time and had no issues with either the food or drinks.

This place rocks, greeted instantly, simple menu, amazing food. My lady got the cold noodles, she liked them. I got the spicy beef noodles, they’re very spicy but you scan still taste the amazing flavor, Pan fried gyoza we’re awesome as well! Overall very positive experience, I really recommend this place

It was a Saturday afternoon when three of us got there. We all ordered pho. Check the photo. The portion is small compared to the price in other places. The portion and veggies given is very small. I agreed with the other reviewers the portion is tiny. We also order spring roll for $10 but got one spring roll. I was laughing when I saw it. Pho taste is ok.i think Asian express or Betty’s noodles are still better. I like that the place is nice and has a lot of seatings but there were only one waiter. Probably not coming here again. Would go to Betty’s noodle or Asian express.
