Terrible place don’t waste any time going there. Had to go through the drive through 3 times to correct a DRINK. Then once we said we no longer wanted that certain drink, and wanted a dirty dr. Pepper they said they couldn’t make that because it costed more.. like us wasting at least 20 minutes of our time wasn’t worth the slight upcharge. And now that it’s all said and done our food is completely cold. Completely unprofessional and dysfunctional staff

We decided to go to Sonic and pulled into the parking spot. Waited about 5 minutes before we were told that they were only doing drive thru. After getting into the drive thru lane it took us 10 minutes before we were able to place our order. Another 5 minutes to take the order. At the drive thru window it was another 20 minutes for our food to be ready. Never going back to this location again

We r absolutely irritated…I’ve never been so upset at a place as I am with this business…We pull up to the speaker, the girl tells us PULL THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU so we pull through the drive thru (as others r pulling up to the speakers), a guy finally comes on & starts to take our order then BAM supposedly the speaker system went so a girl came out & says PULL FORWARD…My husband asked about our order & very nasty says “PULL TO THE WINDOW UR ORDER WILL BE TAKEN THERE”…Wow ok…We get to the window our order is taken total of $53.00…Then they go & give us this order that’s not even fully ours…Then gets snippy thinking we didn’t order all the stuff we said we was missing ..Like WTH is wrong with this place…WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN…

I don’t usually do this Been here 2 separate occasions and been disappointed..

July 2025 I went to get icecream with my boyfriend we get up to the drive through and told to wait for 3 minutes. Only to be told they were not accepting any orders at this time because they were backed up with mobile orders. Terrible customer service. You always attend to the customer in front of you.

September 24th 2025 I mobile order a sonic cheeseburger with usually fixings. I get up to the drive through didn’t even ask my name told me to pull around an handed me a bag. Opened up and I had just a plain patty with garlic butter.. go up and ask for it be fixed and to see 3 other cars in front to me exchanging bags. I get up to the window not a ‘hello’ ‘sorry’ or nothing. Then I said that I still have my fries in the bags and the young lady with the glasses just goes ‘oh’ and giggles. And says they’ll make me a new batch.

I understand they’re kids and this is probably their first job. But I don’t understand the lack of care or general customer service. I’d be in so much trouble in any jobs I worked at if I acted like that. I think the location is better closed up or they find a new manager who holds these kids to a standard on how to act at a job.

Customer service is horrible. It’s always short staffed, which is understandable, but closing things early when you close at 12am is not okay.
Employees rush service, drive thru is the only place they WANT to take orders. After having a HORRIBLE experience, I asked for a refund & was told they can’t give refunds. After refusing to move my car for 10 mins, I finally got a refund. Close down your store and RETRAIN EVERYONE!

Ice cold drinks served in styrofoam cups with the perfect amount of crushed ice. Cups do a nice job of keeping your beverage icy cold, like my nemesis Mr. FreezeJawn, on a hot summer day – and they also keep your hands from getting slippery like the PenguinJawn’s.

Pro tip 1: if doing the drive-thru, the turn has curbs on both sides and is a tad narrow for a vehicle like the Bat Tumbler. Be cautious when navigating through, as to not mess up your bat wheels.

Pro tip 2: bring your card or cash because apple pay is not accepted. They do a great job of communicating this up front (see pic with signs taped to the drive-thru. They say it 5 times in different sizes fonts).

Visited on a weekday during lunch rush. The service was as speedy as the FlashJawn. Friendly staff at the drive-thru. Service with a smile and 100% order accuracy! They have the ever-so-important screen that updates as you order. They ask you if everything looks correct. They also say your order back right before you pay. Don’t forget to ask for cheese on your tater tots, you will thank me later. Burgers and cheesy tots are wrapped in a tin foil to keep them warm and toasty. Crinkle cut fries maintain their crunch even after a drive home. Plenty of rubber / paint coated steel outdoor bench-tables – some of which are covered under the large overhang, if you want to hang out (bat-style).

Everything you could ask for in a “quick service” joint!

Would recommend.

I would give this zero stars but you can’t. We came here in the summer to literally get milkshakes and it took thirty minutes. We just came today to give it a second chance. We ordered ahead of time and it was still 15 mins after we got there. We saw multiple people in line leave over the wait. When we asked where our food is they said sorry we are short staffed. I get that but don’t be open if you are that short staffed. You are a fast food restaurant that takes 20-30 mins to get food out to people. Also my bf got iced coffee and he said it tastes like water with a splash of coffee in it. The sonic in brownstown,pa would never take this long. We will be taking our business else where

The card machine wasn’t working. They were only accepting cash. No problem but when you wait in a drive thru line for over 10 minutes and nobody in front of you, you should already know this isn’t going to be good. Order some chilli cheese dogs and they were disgusting. Hot dog cold, chili cold, cheese not even melted. The gentleman taking our order was trying his very best but the other workers in there were just standing around. Not doing anything. This place is getting worse every time I go.

The cheese fries I wouldn’t get again , it was almost like plastic, the triple smash burger was so so good I plan on getting it again and the pretzel was so good and buttery and perfect.
