I had been a fan eating at this location since 2018. Service was great throughout the years. I’ve ordered several food/drink items:
-Tried all the soufflés (cheese, spinach/artichoke, and bacon/egg)
-Flatbread pizza
-Chipotle chicken sandwich
-Hot tea
-Coffee
-Green Tea
-Black Tea
-Passion Papaya Green tea
-Chocolate chip cookie
-Fuji salad
-Almond croissant
-Broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese
-Broccoli cheddar soup
-Oatmeal raisin berry cookie
All of them were delicious. I was sad that they no longer carry the flatbread as a selection. I also was sad that they no longer carried the Flatbread pizzas. Those were one of my favorites.
The online curbside orders were long wait and disorganized. I ordered curbside only once and never did it again. My cousin experienced the same issue on her curbside order.
Lastly on one of my visits with my cousin. We placed our orders to go. We both had witnessed one of the employees drop a bagel on the table and picked it up with his bare hands and placed it in my cousin’s to go bag order. My cousin had to call it out and the same employee removed the bagel and provided her with a new one. That was definitely non-hygienic. Hence, the 3 stars.

I had such a wonderful experience here, I haven’t had such a good quality Sandwich in quite some time. Sandwiches over priced, soggy, or just not worth it.. Every bite of the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack was so so amazing!! The environment and their team were so nice. I’ll definitely be back and hope to see this bagel stack again!

I’ve been to this location a few times but my most recent experience was a delight. The young men that took our order and the ones behind the counter preparing the food were all incredibly friendly and delightful. The food all came out great and really shockingly quickly.
I wish Panera would bring back some of their desserts but that’s not specific to this store and just a complaint about the company as a whole. I’ll always and forever miss the mixed berry scone and the bear claw.

I got a grilled cheese and it was literally made with craft singles. And for the price, not good. Bread is way too thick, and 4 dollars for a drink that’s the size of a small, really not okay. Don’t really like this place at all, at least the tomato soup was alright.

Beautiful location. However they allowed me to purchase a cookie that they didn’t even have and left it out of our order. I had to go back for it, and get a different type. Kitchen staff was also confused and yelling “who’s order is this?!?! “ instead of using the computer like they were trained to do.

Upon arrival I couldn’t even get an employee to talk to me. I think it’s based on the fact that I placed a pickup order, which the staff don’t seem to be very fond of fulfilling. Hopefully they find better help.

Last time I had to wait 5+ min at the register just for staff to hand me a coffee cup that I have to fill myself. Tried them again today, & my carryout bagel wasn’t sliced or toasted so it was a huge mess trying to do it at my desk. Get your life together, Panera.

Panera bread pic too. I have the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and a Caesar salad. My wife had the broccoli cheddar soup and Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Both were delicious good value.
