I visited on a Wednesday morning @815AM and wasn’t greeted at door, as a matter fact, I waited several minutes before anyone ever even came to the front to acknowledge me. The waitress asked if I had placed a to go order I said no I was there to place one, so then she gave me a menu and I proceeded to wait another 5+ minutes or so before anyone took my order. She was nice but they were busy. The restaurant was mostly empty. There was only a few people in there, but I guess they were busy with to go orders. But don’t forget about the actual paying customers that’s there in person. Anyhow, I know restaurants are short staffed these days & it is hard to find reliable workers so I’m understanding & patient but they should have someone designated at the front of a restaurant and I should not have to wait 10 minutes or so when I come in just to place a to go order, that’s not good so next time I’ll be one of the ones to place a to go order & just hope and pray that it’s ready when I arrive.

I ordered online. I went to pick it up . When I got back home and opened the food it was absolutely atrocious. It was totally none eatable. The hash browns and bacon were burnt to a pint where it was literally not eatable. I had to throw everything away. Nothing got eaten by my family. Total disappointment and lose of money. I wish I paid with my credit card to dispute the charges. I mean the way the food was burnt makes it look as if it were done on purpose. There is no way the person who made this should be cooking.

Taina was absolutely amazing and I wish I could give a better review but unfortunately the kitchen staff made a grave error with my order on the evening of New Years Day, I came in and ordered the sirloin tips and eggs and after asking Taina to what degree the sirloin is cooked she said it is supposed to be cooked to medium well. Being that I am currently 6 months pregnant undercooked meat is a HUGE problem for me and I ALWAYS ask to ensure it is cooked to medium well, I brought this to Taina’s attention and she was extremely apologetic and let me know she would inform management. Normally I wouldn’t have a problem with rare steak but this is not rare it is completely raw and a complete health hazard. Whoever was in the kitchen last night between 7-9 pm needs some further food safety training. Pictures below for reference

We had a great experience at IHOP! The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. Everything tasted amazing, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
Our server, Aubrey, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She checked in at the perfect times and kept a positive attitude the whole visit. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Aubrey definitely delivered.

Waitress was nice and understanding but management was terrible and insulting. Telling me my son’s coffee pan cakes were made the same way in the picture which they were not but a different way. Even my 14 year old son knew the difference. The manager was extremely unprofessional and used words like yup and what now… I get it, being earlier in the morning before I dropped my son off at school I didn’t need to be treated that way like if I just came from a bar and I acted out of line. Worse service ever at this place so far! They should fire that lady.
2# So the manager called the next day and was calling for our visit and wanted to make it right. Thank you Chris for your help and understanding my concerns about our situation that morning. We came back today this morning and had excellent service and the food was great. This Ihop takes pride in their costumer service and value. Only one thing is I ordered strawberry craps but their wasn’t filling in it for my mothers morning breakfast at our house visiting but the waitress notified me before we ordered it. Either way thank you Chris for making our morning breakfast a success and enjoyable experience. Thank you to our waitress she was extremely helpful and nice.

Taina was such a great server. She was very helpful with the description of the menu and gave us a great experience. Always on point with the table, asking if we were ok and if the food came nice. For was amazing!!! Always ask for her and Sydney! The best girls!

Dined with large party. Several of us ordered off the menu and our server didn’t miss a beat. Food was delivered to our group much quicker than expected. Drinks were kept full. All of the staff had great attitudes. A great dining experience! Maria is the best.

Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great. My blueberry pancakes disappeared. She was a very sweet lady. Food was good and very reasonable. They have some great specials going on right now.Taina was wonderful
