From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

This place has always been special to my family, as we’ve visited here with our grandparents. To come here and see it hasn’t changed much is awesome. The nostalgia held high!
The food itsself is impeccable, it is soooo good. Probably one of the best burgers in the Orem area. The food takes a bit to get there, but getting order number 67 helped a bit.
The employees are super nice, and the people here know how to have a good time.
Thanks for the lifelong memories and good eats, in n out! I’ll definitely be back here soon.
This location in the Orem area usually has a bit of a line, which says a lot about how popular it is ⏳ Even though the menu looks small at first glance, there are tons of ways to customize your order with different toppings and cooking styles. If you look up the “secret menu,” you’ll find fun extras like mustard-grilled patties, chopped chilis, or grilled onions ️
The staff here were friendly and helpful, just like at most locations Prices may be slightly higher than other burger chains, but the quality is consistently top-notch. Overall, it’s a great place to grab a quick bite, especially outside of peak meal times! ✨
The line was super long per usual (so I’ve heard), however it moved at a good pace and our food was ready by the window.
Definitely recommend.
I’m going to have to be honest with you here. My experience at this In-N-Out was not impressive. I’ve had negative feelings toward In-N-Out in general over the years, but I realized I’d not actually tried their food, so I decided I’d give it a go.
I wanted a late night treat, so I ended up coming a little after 12 AM (don’t judge me). I ordered a basic cheeseburger combo and a shake. Despite the lateness of the hour, it still took probably around 15 minutes to get my order. If that wasn’t disappointing enough, the food was average. At best.
For all of the marketing they have about quality ingredients, hand cooked fries, yadda yadda yadda, it was absolutely nothing special. The burger wasn’t good, just mediocre. I actually realized I wasn’t really even enjoying it when I had a few bites left, so I threw it in the garbage. I normally love French fries, but I honestly didn’t care for these ones. The soda was soda. I guess the chocolate shake was pretty good, but that was about it.
The environment was fine, and I guess the employees were nice enough, but the whole point of going to a restaurant is for the food. I’ve seriously had better cheeseburgers and fries at McDonald’s. Heck, I’ve had better cheeseburgers that were grilled by my dad in our backyard. It’s really not that difficult to make a good cheeseburger.
This In-N-Out gets 2 stars for the poor excuse for a meal, and it would’ve gotten 1 if not for the shake. For all of the hype people give this place, I was pretty disappointed. Would not recommend.
