One of the staff gave someone else my card and bill, they signed it and never checked the receipt to see if it was the right name that matched the card. THEN THEY GAVE MY FREAKING CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE, LIKE WHAT THE HECK?
They found the card that belonged to the person that signed my receipt that took my card, but didn’t know who that person was. Their card was still there.
What a bunch of BS.
While I was waiting to order, it was like a circus behind the bar. Nobody was working one area, they all were trying to cover all the different positions. They were very disorganized and confused.
As a musician and really enjoying going on Thursday for the Open Mic, I’ll probably never go there again.
This created a big problem for me and I don’t think there is anyway they can make it up to me.
SUGGESTION: DO NOT RUN A TAB, MAKE IT INCONVENIENT FOR THEM TO RING UP EVERY SALE.
YES, I’M PISSED OFF!!!!!

– *Amazing Eats*: Their brisket nachos are TO DIE FOR! If you’re a fan of loaded nachos, you need to try these. They also have other delicious options like sausage and cheese platter, buffalo chicken, and steak nachos.
– *Affordable Drinks*: The drinks here won’t break the bank. You can enjoy a cold one or two without worrying about overspending.
– *Great Staff*: The staff at The Big Chill are friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like part of the crew.
– *Karaoke Nights*: Now, this is where things get really fun! Wednesday nights are karaoke nights, and Chucky brings the energy. Sing your heart out and have a blast with friends.
Some things to keep in mind:
– *Live Music*: If you’re looking for live music, head to The Big Chill on Friday or Saturday nights from 9 pm to 1 am.
– *Hours*: They’re open from 4 pm to 2 am, Tuesday through Saturday, and 4 pm to midnight on Sundays.
Overall, The Big Chill is my go-to spot in Hot Springs. Whether you’re in the mood for good food, cold drinks, or karaoke, they’ve got you covered. Five stars from me!
