It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. Save your money and go somewhere else for a salad. I could have got 4 salads for the price I paid for this one. No need for extra ranch there’s no salad in there to feed you anyway.

Service was fine but we were just picking up at the window, smelled heavily of weed but that might have been something else. Apparently they only sell coke in gallon jugs, which is weird. We passed after hearing they had to find one that didnt have holes in it

Good customer service should be applauded, I Placed an order online yesterday- For some food to be delivered same day. The system, had some type of glitch situation. And placed the order at another location, and even worse, pick up day being the next day. And that was only confirmed after the payment was submitted. I was frustrated to say the least. But-although this was frustrating, this was not at all the fault of anybody at this location. I called the Maumelle Location to get it rectified. And spoke to a manager named Vincent.— he was very professional. Diligent and aware Of the online Platform having some issues. He helped me get a full refund. He cleaned up a big mess, that he should not have had to deal with. Now, I might try the food out just because of him. I Just won’t be ordering online… Vincent is a good example of good leadership. He didn’t make excuses, he was aware of the issue, had already reported it and most importantly he got it rectified with professionalism.-Respect

So the pizza was ok. The pizza was a 10″ and I guess I didn’t realize how small it would be. The food itself was decent. The wings were excellent. They were huge, and flavorful. The service was top notch.

The salad lettuce was soggy and the pizza was hard they were cooked to long. We come here often and this is he first that that we experienced this. May not come back. Wasn’t worth my money today. Not happy at all! And we left there $30 later and still hungry. Help me figure that out

To the management, our family generally love this place, it’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is normally good to great.
However, it seams that service in the Maumelle location seams to be going downhill. Twice now my wife has phoned in to go order’s containing a Vegetable medley pizza, and twice the waiter repeated back “Vegi Pizza”. When my wife corrected “Vegetable Medley” the waitress insisted that that’s is the same thing.
So of course both of those times she got the wrong thing. What waiter tells the customer they are wrong with actually verifying their facts?
Secondly, this last time, the Vegi Pizza looked absolutely thrown together, with very little cheese and loads of Olives and Mushroom’s not evenly spread out what so ever. Add on top of this, that my wife went inside to pick up the pizza’s and waited 15 minutes with not one person asking if they could help her, so she walked back to her car and went through the drive through to pick it up.

People… make sure you thoroughly check your order, especially when going through the drive-thru!!! They forgot my parmesan cheese and my freaking Ranch!!! How the heck am I supposed to eat a salad without any Ranch!!! So pissed because I didn’t have time to eat it at lunch because I had to go back to work and I get home only to find I don’t have any dang Ranch…especially when I called it in and it’s on my profile!!! How you mess up something that you can see and you read to me??? This is the second time this has happened!!! This isn’t baseball people!! Come on, you don’t get 3 strikes!!! get it together US Pizza Maumelle!!! #somuchfortipping

For the last year, I’ve ordered the large Supreme salad and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the last 3 weeks, I noticed the salads were skimpier and there wasn’t a lot of meat. I called and complained and was informed the new GM, Eric, has changed the size of the salads. Well Eric, this salad price should be updated to reflect the reduced amount I’m receiving. If this is supposed to be the large salad with only an ounce of meat on it, what does the regular look like? I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
