Candiles has been our go-to spot since they opened. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. I do wish the lighting were a bit softer in the evenings, but the bathrooms are always spotless. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the food is amazing I highly recommend the fajitas! Hands down, this is the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Derby.

The location has authentic music, authentic reused taco bell tables. But who cares! The food is great. The wife loved the barbacoa enchiladas. My grilled pineapple was delicious with my chicken, steak and shrimp burritos. Wanna know the biggest win for this location? The silverware is better than 95% of restaurants in derby/wichita! Good job.

This place was so good. The service was fast and friendly. Restaurant looked very clean. Now the food was the best part, I ordered the deluxe flautas and hubby got a steak ranchero burrito. Everything was very flavorful, fresh and warm. Their guacamole was my favorite part of the flautas.

Very friendly staff. Always clean. We’ve had the enchiladas and fajitas and both were good. Chips and salsa are good too, but ask for the hotter stuff, it’s better (if you like spicy)

Trying lunch at the New Mexican restaurant across from Arby’s on rock Road in Derby. This is one of the lunch specials- two burritos. I chose one shredded chicken and one beef tips for variety. Large serving and both were delicious. We’ll be back.

Had a steak burrito with green sauce on top and it was very good! The chips were too thick and the salsa wasn’t that good in my opinion. There were flies on some tables when we walked in, they definitely need some fly deterrents. The food was good though!
