I recently had a great experience here at this little Caesars, Lewis was extremely nice through the entire process of being shortstaffed and having to keep the store locked being only drive-through. The entire process. He had a smile on his face and was extremely happy to bring me out several pizzas after waiting for only about 10 minutes. I will ensure next time I am in Durham and I need to feed my Roofing Crew, I will ensure I come back just so I can support Lewis! Great service.

Horrible experience, I order my pizza via the website and forgot to select “Well done” so I called to update my order requesting well done. The young lady that answered the phone was so rude and didnt even want to hear what I was saying. Told me she couldn’t make the pizza well done because it was a doordash order after I explained to her I ordered the pizza from the website and not via doordash. She was committed to not listening. I get to the restaurant and there you go the employees did not look clean atleast that one young lady and this wasnt dirt from pizza dough this was dirt brought from home. One girl had her pants saggin to her knees with her underwear exposed. Red underwear, you couldn’t miss it. I was baffled. Additionally, me asking for a well done pizza ultimately got me an undercooked, doughy pizza that I had to throw away. Im unsure how and why this establishment is still open.

Placed an online order. Pickup was supposed to be at 8:41 but didn’t get it almost 25 minutes later. The location is in such a bad place and you can feel unsafe. One of the guys bringing people their food to the cars was smoking a cigarette while giving the food to the people. I was waiting so long that the cook came out and asked what we ordered. He got one of the pizzas wrong, asked for no cheese on it. But he was nice even when I got a little, just a little, attitude. Because we waited so long, we were given a free 2 liter of our choice and the pizza came out great. That cheese pull was amazing and my kids liked the pizza. I’m not sure if I’ll order from them again but I do believe in second chances. The location really do need to change, it’s in a bad area and the drive thru may need to go as well.
I may try them again to redeem themselves but it’s not gonna be anytime soon.

I’m a pizza lover, however this is one of the nastiest pizzas I’ve tasted in a while. The pizza was very dry with no sauce and the pepperoni was crunchy and brunt. I went to the front door and it was locked. Someone inside seen me and said I had to walk to the drivers window to order. Terrible customer service. Bad decision, I should have listened to my first instinct and turned around. I throw the pizza away and walked across the street and brought me a burrito.

This place is in whole different rating. I would get better service from a drunk uncle at a family reunion! Drive through is absolutely ridiculous- my receipt states 6:56pm for 2 pizzas. Didn’t get my pizza until 7:25. Can someone tell me exactly why this particular location is still existing…No hello, no thank you. Just bodies taking your money and giving the worst experience. By the time we got our order, we didn’t want pizza anymore. It’s my fault, I should have known better than going to this location.

I challenge anyone in Durham to find a more trashy, hood run location with a large presence(not counting mom and pop businesses). It’s almost comically bad here; and yes, I do realize that the area itself isn’t great, but that should have zero effect on what happens behind the counter.
I honestly thought that the slender woman with dyed hair who took my order was a friend of an employee at first, hanging out where she shouldn’t be…until she eventually made her way to the register. Pants literally sagging–AT WORK–showing her red boxers, dropping F-bombs directly in front of me over the cars pulling into the drive-thru as she was about to go on break with another employee…no class at all.
The crazy part is that it’s never a great experience dealing with the employees here, based on several visits over the years. It honestly makes you wonder: Does Little Caesars have a hierarchy that actually checks on these franchises, that actually cares???
*There were no hot-n-readys either, at 1:30 on a weekend…I waited for 10ish minutes. Not a problem for me at all, but they definitely were not ready.

Great service and excellent pizza. The staff was able to speed up a delayed pick up order and have it ready nearly an hour early later than planned. They are very adaptable, kind and respectful. Very few places in durham have employees who embody all these at once

Didn’t get food. Went to the door and there is a sign saying drive through only. Went to the drive through and was told you csn only order online. Not sure what the point of this restaurant is. Just left and went to Popeyes instead

I placed an online order and got there when said it would be ready and waited 15 minutes for it to be ready. No apology was given. They forgot my marinara sauce that should have been included. As I was eating my pizza I couldn’t help but notice A DEAD FLY imbedded on the crust of my pizza. disgusting. do not recommend going there.

This place needs to be closed down !!! Or Needs ALL NEW WORKERS !!!! The workers are absolutely ridiculous . We arrived when order said it’ll be ready !! Got our crazy puffs … 2 boxes. One box had three flat puffs !!! Second box had one flat puff.. I went back inside & asked could they be remade because why are they flat ???? The girl making the food was rude OFFGATE !!!!!! The guy was laughing because he knew it was ridiculous . There was another female worker saying that they were just made .. I get that they were JUST made but WHY ARE MY PUFFS FLATTT ??? looks like someone cut the toppings off and put them inside the box . I hate I didn’t get any pictures . The girl running her mouth THE MOST said eat them or refund …. the managers should be ashamed of themselves for these workers. When I called my man to see if he wanted a refund for what HE paid for … the chick called In her sister from outside I guess to fight me ???? I had to go because WRONG ONE !!! This is absolutely ridiculous .
