Terrible environment for customers and employees. Ordered our food at 6:15pm order #73. While waiting for our dine in order, employees were yelling, cussing, and arguing with each other in the kitchen. Order #74 was then called at 6:30pm as we were the only customers dining in, it was the wrong order. We returned the incorrect food order and waited for the correct order which arrived at 6:36pm. Not too bad, it was fresh and hot with complimentary cookies. While finishing our meals, a customer came in to return his wrong food order, which created a disturbance(must’ve been our original order) at about 6:50pm. I’m assuming the orders got messed up during the commotion in the kitchen. Dining here was like watching an episode of Jerry Springer.

This location isn’t up to par. Everytime I go here they mess up my order. The people are always no where to be found when I go in and constantly have to yell over the counter to get someone’s attention. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and didn’t even get it on the side. Just awful service

I am not a fan of this location, the employees are not very professional, it feels dirty inside and that makes me nervous as to what conditions the food is being prepared in.
The ice cream cone was delicious and a good price but otherwise I’d skip going here.

Honestly, probably one of the worst in the area. The food is normally fresh and good, but they get our order wrong every single time. It’s almost like they do it on purpose for a laugh. They are constantly and consistently out of something at every single visit and the workers don’t wear gloves. I have been there on more than one occasion where a single worker is taking care of EVERYTHING. Front, cooking, drive thru, etc. and all the other staff will be out back smoking. The poor man looked so overwhelmed and upset. They do this to the same worker. This location needs higher superior to get better staff here, and visit here more often.

The service was ok not a lot of smiles in there. Bathrooms stunk and not clean. The sink foset was sharp I hurt my palm on thumb. The only thing going for this place is the whopper one of the best things there. Big onions, tomato and lettuce. I got the cheesey balls. It is filled with potatoes and cheese, it was not cheesy it was dry and burnt out side.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Went to drive-through (2194 L W West) around 10am on Oct 15th. Even though I was only car in line, it took over 8 minutes to get food. Ordered consisted of two sausage, egg, & cheese muffin sandwiches, one order of hash rounds & a Coke.
The biscuits were hard, cold & dry, cheese was not melted…as if they had been setting up on line for some time. Hash rounds were cold and dried out. I realize they were almost done serving breakfast, but food should still be as fresh as if it was the start of the breakfast service.
To make matters worse, sandwiches & hash rounds were so SALTY they were essentially INEDIBLE! My dog wouldn’t even eat any of the food, and she’ll eat almost anything. The only good item in the order was the drink. I could have gone back and made my displeasure known, but have done that 3 times in the last 2 months, but nothing changes. Sometimes you just have to vote with your feet and take your business elsewhere.
So, BK management/owners of this location, if your goal is to get customers to go elsewhere…you’re doing a GREAT job!!
