We really like the concept of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. The atmosphere is fun with a unique flavor. The chicken fingers are fresh and delicious. They really specialize in quality. The service is also very good as they limit the items on their menu greatly de complicating delivery. A great spot for a quick meal.

The staff were all very nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The chicken fingers were cold and soggy, and it felt like they had been sitting under the warmer for a long time. I was expecting fresh, hot food, so this was a letdown. I hope this location can improve the food quality because the service itself was great.

I went to get food last night and as usual they repeated my order. I got to the window and I noticed it wasn’t my order from the drink. They proceeded to tell me I never ordered and they could add more after already taking my payment. After getting my food…could you believe they gave me someone else’s old food? I have NEVER gotten food this terrible from canes before. You could tell it was old because the food was old and dried out…..thank you manager with the broken finger

I paid over $15 for a caniac combo with no drink and they were stingy on the fries. Not only that, it took a while to get the food (that part I don’t mind, it just means my food will be fresh) but I got stuck by the speaker between the two windows while it was blaring some super bassy song that made my headache worse and I couldn’t even drown it out by rolling up the window and playing my podcast. Turn it down please.

I wanted some “fresh fries” and that’s exactly what I received. It shows that Kaylee was my cashier. She was amazing. Her service was every!! I know it would be a wait, but the young man apologized about the wait and thanked me for my order!! I felt like a queen last night at 10:49pm with the amazing service provided!!
My son works for the company and I’m sure he’s providing the same level as these young workers on yesterday.

What has happened to Cane’s! The price is outrageous and the strips have become nuggets! The fries are always soggy and they do not change the fryer oil because the strips always taste burnt!
