Today after a long morning of shopping for paint at Lowe’s, my wife, son, and I had a fantastic lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat at a high-top table near the bar, and the bartender, who was also our server, provided incredible service.
We started with boneless wings as an appetizer, and they were absolutely perfect—hot, fresh, and crispy. For our mains, my wife got a salad, I had a wrap, and my son ordered some wings. Everything came out quickly, and it was all hot and delicious. Our server was on top of things, checking in on us often and making sure our drinks were never empty.
This was a great visit from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We can’t wait to go back!

Always come to this restaurant with my family and have always received good service and food was always great as well. Today, we ended up haunt a burger with hair in it… our waiter was very nice and had great customer service aside from this bad experience. When we addressed the manager about this misfortune, he’d given us an attitude and showed as if he didn’t care about us finding a hair in our food. Aside from the waiter being great and apologizing even though it’s not their fault, we will not be returning to this place again. I’d think twice before coming to this location.

I ordered wings and a cookie skillet the other day never got my cookie skillet so I placed another order today which is New Year’s Eve. I received my food and once again did not have my cookie skillet so I had to let them know again for the second time that I needed my cookie skillet so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes through the rush hour of customers they had once I received the cookie skillet. It was burned. I’m very dissatisfied and very upset with you guys. I hope to hear back about some replacements because by the time I got home to eat my food my food was cold.

Had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings with the 6 for $19.99 deal! My wife and I both got the double smash burgers – they were cooked to perfection. She had the fries and I went for the potato wedges; both were crispy, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean, service was swift, and our waiter was incredibly nice. We were seated right away and our meals came out quickly. Two complete meals with drinks for under $20? We’ll definitely be back!

Service here is really shitty pardon my French, but that’s just how it went. We walked in a party of two the place is empty there’s only 4 tables with people in there, and as we were at the front waiting to be seated the bartender and a server were just standing on their looking at us and rolling their eyes. 10 minutes of waiting no one at the host stand and the people who were there just looked at us and their phones so we asked, “Hi, I’m sorry we were just wondering if there was anyone at the front.” And then the server focused on her phone says, “Well they’re in the back bagging up orders so maybe have some patience. What are you here for placing a Togo order or a pickup.” We explained we just wanted a table for two then the server said, “Ugh ok I guess I’ll sit you here and grab your server.” Our personal server wasn’t bad but wasn’t really good either, she seemed young she may still be learning and I have nothing against that. My real question is how do the managers let them just bs around on the clock and provide rude service just because that server wouldn’t be working with those guests, especially when they’re already slow. When the servers do talk to each other they yell where you can hear on the opposite side of the restaurant and im not even exaggerating. I remember coming here to this location 10 years ago, 5 years ago, 2 years ago, and their business is consistently slower and slower year by year, might not be a bad idea to just give up and close the location.

After spending over $100 on dinner, we ordered 3 brownies online (I couldn’t order them from the server). We picked up the order at the front counter, only to be told they were out of brownies and handed us 3 cookies, without adjusting the bill for the lower cost items. When I said, “This isn’t what I ordered and you overcharged me for what you handed me,”
the employee had the audacity to ask, “Do you want a refund?”
“Yes.”
Without an apology, an “I understand that would be frustrating,” or even a smile, she went to the back. When she returned, she asked for the last 4 of my CC and my phone number. Then told me it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I said, “No, it needs to be refunded now.” Again, without a smile, she went to the back.
She came back and said her manager couldn’t refund it. I finally demanded her manager come up front.
The manager, Jordan Graves, came up, made us a explain again that we were given the wrong item AND overcharged for it. Then told us she couldn’t refund anything because it was Sunday (I know this is a lie; hit the overring button and give the customer a receipt). She then went so far as to say it was their policy to “ask” if substituting a different, lesser value item without adjusting the bill was acceptible to the customer.
We left without a refund, an apology, or any attempt to make the situation right or retain our business. And still, not a single smile.

Saturday night and it was almost empty. So we assumed we wouldn’t have much of a wait for service or food. Started with no silverware. Said she would come back and did not. Missed one of my child’s drinks. Another child’s entire plate. Did not come back to ask about service or if everything was okay. Consistently need to fDid not clear ANY plates or empty cups. Then had the audacity to ask about the amount of gratuity??? Servers need more OR APPROPRIATE training about time management and how to serve. Larger parties shouldn’t be given to just anyone. Management failed tonight. The ONLY positive was that the hostess was kind, quick and helpful.

This place never disappoints. We’ve gone here often. We usually do carry out but we’ve dined in a few times as well. Their food is on point and the staff have always been fabulous. Personally we’ve never had a bad experience here and always have been happy with our food and the service. It can get pretty busy at Happy Hour on a Friday but that just shows people enjoy it and like the overall experience.

My experience tonight was a train wreck.to start off one of the people in my group got there at 7pm to put their name on the waitlist so by the time me and the rest of the group got there hopefully it would be to long of a wait, the host told us it would be 20 minutes then 8pm rolled around as they decided to clear the table and seat us.after we sat down it was another 20 minutes before the server even came to the table to get our drink order and then we didn’t see them for another 10 minutes.once I got my drink the bottom of the cup was filled with sugar. After that the server finally came to the table to get our food order it took about 15 minutes for the food to get to the table and it was Lukewarm at most. I definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting anytime soon.
