Same old same old… Newer restaurant. Place is always filthy. Food quality is at an all time low. The workers here do the absolute bare minimum. Your food will be messed up, it will be cold, you will feel taken advantage of. Just avoid this disaster of an establishment

Picture this: it’s midnight. Nothing’s open. My sweet tooth is screaming for attention. Suddenly, my friend leans over and whispers the words of salvation: “Taco Bell is open.” I shoot out of bed like I just heard the ice cream truck outside. Minutes later, I’m reunited with my first love, Taco Bell. I order a combo box, grab my food, and notice a tragic absence: no cinnamon twists. No worries though, put it in reverse, Terry, I roll back through and secure my extra bag of sugary air spirals.
I eat my burrito. I eat my taco. Life is good. Then my friend, out of nowhere, commits blasphemy: “Cinnamon twists are nasty. They taste like chemicals.” Excuse me? Not on my watch. I gaslight her like a pro, “No, you just don’t appreciate art.” Then I take a bite. Instant regret. It tastes like a cinnamon twist marinated in disinfectant. I sniff it, it smells like degreaser. I’m a certified cinnamon twist enjoyer, so this was a personal attack. Cut to me, 12:18 a.m., on the phone with poison control like, “Hi, yeah, I think I just licked the inside of a janitor’s mop bucket. Courtesy of Taco Bell.”

Food was fine and little slow but ok. Shortly after my wife and I ordered an older gentleman came in trying to order at the counter and was told he had to use the kiosk. The employee at the counter refused to help him with his order. He continued to struggle until my wife helped him finish his order. On top of that they were rude to everyone as they handed them thier food.

Wanted rolled chicken tacos. the first two pictures are how they were served. HARD AS A BRICK. And you can tell they were sitting up in the warmer for well over the time limit…went back and was polite. Whoever the manager was gave me pushback that they are supposed to be hard like this as she squeezes the bad ones. I said yeah, but not hard like that. The 2nd picture is better than the first set and they were ‘fried fresh’. I’m just glad this is the last time I will ever have to waste my money at this one again. I hope you don’t do this in the future because it’s nasty and it shows that you are nasty as well for even expecting me to eat them. You can literally tell the difference between them. No receipt to do the survey, no worries. Google does it even better!

Got 2 regular crunchy tacos… took a bite and the taco shell tasted burnt or really weird but the shell looked normal so I went to tell them and get a refund and I was standing there after I got my refund and all the employees was in the back saying “she’s probably trying to get free food” they see me standing there and I say “ excuse me” and she says “ your fine” they are very rude .. last time I came I sat and waited for my food for 20 mins.

So the first picture I’ve posted here is the trophy Winchester taco bell received for being “TOP DISSATISFIED IN THE DISTRICT.” they displayed it proudly. So I took a photo of it and posted it on my social media. The post received 112 shares. 3 days later I go back to taco bell and these are the pictures of the food I received. it was way worse than it ever had been(and it’s normally pretty pathetic) but this took the cake. I found out later from an ex employee that worked there at the time, that they knew it was me that posted the trophy pic and they did this to my food ON PURPOSE. So I haven’t been back since. Now this did happen like 2 months ago I just haven’t had time to write this review but it happened and I had to tell my story lol. The taco bell in Winchester should be shut down at this point. I would put 0 stars if I could.

There’s no meat on these soft shell taco Supremes. It seems to be a ongoing thing with this taco bell. They are scared to give any meat, even when you order and pay for extra meat, you barely get any…..6 months later, I tried again, oh my goodness, whoever was working today really knew how to make a soft shell taco Supreme. Very good! I’m gonna change to 5 star hopefully they keep up the good work I added more pics of good tacos

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Winchester. Ordered over $30 in food to get to the window and find out they replaced my entire order with steak or chicken instead of ground beef.when questioned they said they ran out of ground beef. They refunded my 3 tacos said the others were correct, I get home and they are either steak or chicken. Every hard shell is crumbled and the chalupa was broken. Will not return not worth my $
