My wife, daughter and I visited for afternoon lunch. We ordered a rotisserie chicken with rice and beans on the side, plus drinks. The food was great. The parking, restroom and dining ambiance could use some improvement though. Service was good.

Sides: salad, potato salad, and beans.
Italian dressing was a bit salty, and so were the beans, the potato salad balanced it out.
“Hot salsa” was tasty, could be hotter.
The chicken was delicious, full of flavor, cooked through, and very moist.

The chicken was excellent as always. I was disappointed; however, about the side salad that I ordered. When I got home and opened the container, the salad was old (brown) and wilted. Obviously, it was at least one to two days old. Please do not serve old salad to your customers. I paid $30 for a mini meal and expected to have all my sides fresh.

Always great food but first time for this location. The service was fast and the lady in the front was very pleasant. I enjoyed everything except the rice pudding as the taste is different than the homemade. I highly recommend this place.

Best Juan Pollo I’ve been to. Worth the extra drive. Chicken tastes clean and the way the slice and chop it, makes it very appetizing. Plus they still use cheddar cheese, some franchises switched over to mixed cheese, which I don’t like.

Here is $9.50 for their chicken salad. Unbelievable, few pieces of chicken, no bean, no rice. Just lecture and some chicken , few slices tomato, shredded red cabbage and charge $9.50. Sorry to say that you re really suck and expensive! Pollo locos is better and cheaper.

So i haven’t been to this location in a couple of years but have always enjoyed it, however there were things i didnt like but times have changed. The rice and potatoe salad has always been great and still is. The chicken used to be dry which is no longer the case and the beans used to be bland but that is also no longer true. Those were the two issues i had with Juan Pollo but now, the beans are great! Better flavor and texture and the chicken is moist. So much better. Someone knows what they are doing! Very happy with improvement. The service was always great and still is.
