The service was poor. While we were waiting to order, three people walked by without even looking in our direction. We were going to buy some bread, but nobody came to help us. The order was taken and filled correctly. The food was good, as usual.

This is my goto Panara.

I absolutely love their pick two!
Broccoli cheddar soup, and chicken bacon ranch (minus the bacon, add lettuce and tomato) sandwich, is my current go to!

Sometimes, I just get two meals and bring leftovers home lol

Yummy food, fairly quick service. Forgot my baguette, but fixed it quickly.

Food has went way down in quality since private equity took over. Nothing is made fresh anymore and they charge more than ever.

Not a bad meal. It’s rather expensive for what feels like fast food but it feels a bit more healthy than traditional fast food & is probably a bit better quality. We spent $30 & the two of us each got soup, half a sandwich, a drink, & a small brownie.

Food was great! Cashier very friendly! When I asked a worker to change soda machine, she didn’t respond. We went back t get diet soda still not working, I asked again she said she was told it was just a bubble in machine. She went t try it and it wouldn’t work and instead of getting help she just walked off never got help! So charged for soda never received!
Booths were dirty! Wish I remember the cashier name, male very professional and friendly! The girl behind the grill should b reprimanded

Sunday morning staff was ill equipped to handle a slight rush. Cashier was unenthusiastic and a bit rude. Disappointing experience after I remember a few good outings here in the past. Cashier was on her phone in back while customers waited to have their order taken. Entire experience was very unprofessional.

I like the Panera closer to my house because of the indoor seating but everything about this location is great too. food is always warm. Highly recommend

The place needs a good cleaning. Carpet floors and doors were very dirty.

This location has an open service counter and drivers from third party delivery services, or ‘regulars’ with sip club will speak with the associates while food is at chest/mouth level waiting to be picked up by other dine-in customers. This should be discouraged, it’s gross, I don’t want some random guy’s spit all over my food.

Overall, Panera isn’t what it used to be. Baguettes are smaller. The bread and cheese is sliced thinner, ingredients have changed making the bread taste as mass produced as Subway’s. The prices continue to grow to pay for executives lifestyles, no doubt. It’s cheaply made soup with bread, food once considered to be eaten by the poor. For a turkey sandwich, the cheese is now cheddar instead of Gouda, and sliced half as thick. The tomato basil bread has only remnants of strussel-like sweet topping on it in part because the bread is sliced half as thick as it once was. And you’d think the lettuce and tomato cost them as much as saffron- the most expensively priced seasoning in the United States.

I cancelled sip club because I found that I wasn’t going anymore because of the poor value. Panera leaves me feeling taken advantage of, so now I enjoy Oscar Meyer Smoked Turkey Breast, with regular thickness bread, and soup that is more reasonably priced… It comes from a can, something that holds freshness longer than the plastic bags the soup is delivered in and warmed. …. Your greed will be the end of you.
