They don’t re make the food they make everything when they open and only re make food when it needs refilled. The noodles was not edible and the meat was just .. soggy. . Was so irritated spent $50 and ended up just making food at home. Will never go back again. That was the last straw. Hyvee chi has gotten so horrible over the years! Hibachi grill and panda are like 10000x better. Better off to do that then order from this place again.

Food was a bit old. Only a few selections. The rest of the warmers were empty. Person attending was pleasant. No one was present when I went back to get some sweet and sour sauce. They were out of fountain drink cups. The dining room was out of metal forks. Even after letting someone know, they never came out and filled them while I was there. They were very slow. No one else came in while I was eating in their dining room. If this were a standalone restaurant they would be out of business. People running these parts of Hy-Vee stores just don’t seem to care.

My most recent experience with eating the HyVee Chinese from here gave me food poisoning. Two days later, and I’m still trying to get over it.
I started feeling ill a few hours after consuming the food I got from here and legit vomited 7 times in a 24 hour period after eating this crap food. And no, the Chinese at this HyVee location is not good. At all. I’ve had so much better at other HyVee’s. And I haven’t gotten food poisoning from other locations, either.

Edit Update: I thought I’d give this another try a few days ago. Horrible decision. The food wasn’t edible, and I’ve thrown up several times ever since. I don’t have this problem at other HyVee Chinese locations.

Was Ok for Chinese Food, But I have certainly had much better.
Noodles were to mushy, Gave me some Chicken that was way to sweet and mushy, fricking horrible for someone who is Pre-Diabetic like me, and the Price of Crab Rangoon was ridiculous. To be honest I got sick off this food and was at work when I ate it. Had to run to the bucket twice. I would not recommend that anyone try this place unless you are eating free and willing to risk your stomach and health.
