Finally made it to Skinny Louie’s in Little Havana, and wow — easily one of the best smash burgers we’ve had. The burger was perfectly crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. The fries were absolutely on point too — hot, crispy, and the perfect side for that burger.
If you’re in Miami and craving a legit smash burger, this spot is definitely worth the stop.

The burgers are decent but excessively greasy. Oil literally drips from every bite, as if liquid oil was poured into the packaging after it was wrapped. This was quite off-putting and makes the place feel significantly overrated. While the location is good, the tables were dirty. Fries are terrible !!

Came here because it’s the only gluten free food for miles. It did not disappoint! One stop from me is to have a double or triple burger because they are smashed flat! The fries are fried separately and taste divine too!

First time at skinny Louie excited to try it. Got a Skinny Louie cheeseburger double. Super convenient late night eatery on 8th street. Have yourself a juicy burger to absorb some of that alcohol after Ball & Chain.
Added after consumption: this burger slaps. I’m not usually a smash burger type of guy, and this double cheeseburger was delightful. I think it’s so well balanced, not too thin, the perfect amount of pickles. The sauce is flavorful yet subtle, letting the flavor of the meet shine through. Bun was soft and just became a vessel for all the deliciousness inside. Will definitely be coming back. My favorite smash burger in Miami.

Greeted by a visibly unmotivated employee.
No smile. No effort. No basic courtesy.
Placed my order.
Then came the shock — “Leave us 5 stars on Google and you get your dip for free.”
This is unacceptable.
It explains the inflated rating.
I refused.
Reviews should be honest, not bought.
The food was the only positive point.
Burgers and fries were very tasty — credit where due.
Payment: card only.
Tip system forced on the payment terminal — 18%, 20%, 22% or custom.
No simple tip jar.
I still tipped, even though service did not deserve it.
Summary: Great food ruined by poor service, manipulative review tactics, and pushy tipping system.
Not worth the hype.

Service is bad, very slow, they focused their Service on online orders, if you’re in store it takes forever to get your order. Food is horrible, sooooo greasy, the burger bun is literally flat,, they have 4.9 because of the sticker they give away for a review, NO RECOMMENDED!!
