Typically great service and generous blizzards. Today, they were skimpy and team was more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging us. Our pups love coming here to get pup cups. This group of teens didn’t offer or even say hello. Hopefully the review will be read and taken seriously. 5 stars because we normally love this place. We will be back.

We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve lived near. Employees aren’t responsible, often repeat the same scripted excuses instead of solving issues, and don’t seem to care about customers. They act however they want, and it shows in most visits.
You may want to get in contact with us — I would welcome a call to discuss this and hopefully see improvements. We’d love to see our local DQ improve, as it’s definitely below average. Local DQ issues came up in a neighbors discussion and we all (8 or more families) noticed the same behaviors. Not sure if this is a leadership issue or an employee selection issue.

Very few fast food restaurants I will give a five star rating, but I enjoy this place. It’s quiet and it’s very small. The ice cream is really good. It doesn’t even fall out of the cup. And the service is phenomenal really quick just like most Dairy Queen and nice people running it too. Definitely come here if you’re looking for like a Dairy Queen.

Don’t come here they don’t follow Dairy Queen‘s policy. They don’t flip it and when I told them they didn’t flip it they got mad and tried to take the ice cream back when it should’ve been free. We came late at night, but that doesn’t mean they have to do their job. I don’t know why they not fall following their policy like it comes out of their bankaccount. Worst service ever do notcome here unless you want rude people and bad ice cream by the way it’s not even real ice cream is dairy dessert. By the way, they made us walk through the drive-through to get our ice cream. They wouldn’t open the door.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight for two milkshakes and a side salad the side salad consisted of lettuce that smelled like dirt- obviously unwashed- and a slice of chopped up tomato save your four dollars… lesson learned. Also ordering and when we got to the window employee had zero personality or customer service skills

We went to celebrate my kids getting straight As. My Mom ordered a Dilly bar and as soon as she was unwrapping it, it was already falling off the popsicle stick. She had to hold it from both ends to keep it from falling off all the way. It was a messy nightmare. Everything else was fine though.

MODERATION, GUYS! I would’ve loved some burger with my mustard. What even is this. Not to mention I ordered one burger and waited twenty minutes. The standard is so low, it can’t be hard to do much better.

Someone has got to teach the staff why being rude to customers doesn’t work in the restaurant business. Also got my favorite blizzard all melted into a liquid. DQ blizzards are great during the summer but Not visiting this place again for sure.

This is literally what the girl at the counter handed me after I asked for napkins when the first blizzard she handed me was dripping all over me. I kid you not. She said “let me wipe this up for you” she literally wiped the top off with a napkin! The girl also kept the receipt. While I was busy wiping my pants and in shock that she kept REPEATING “have a nice day” as if to shoo me off and closed the window when I commented on how melted it was. It’s on me that I didn’t sit there and ask for a refund, but I was shocked that they even handed me this. What happened to your quality DQ? I’m hugely disappointed. I paid $10 for two mini blizzards that were milkshakes dripping all over the place. The guy ahead of us had a huge order so I’m wondering if they made our blizzards and left them there to melt on the counter. It’s not likely I’ll come here again.

Ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup cake online for a graduation party but was given an Oreo Ice Cream Cake. The party was that day so we had to make the Oreo flavor work. Also while waiting in line to pick up my order there was a roach crawling on the wall next to the cash registers. The employees didn’t seem bothered by the roach so that let’s me know they are used to seeing them. One positive was staff was friendly, but would not recommend this location.
