I’d give negative reviews but that motel being an option, one star will have to suffice. The hours displayed indicate this location closes at 10:30 PM. Yet every time I come here at 9 PM, the well lit drive through tells me this location is closed. Nor can I ever get chocolate ice cream here, always being told “this location does not serve that option”. No problem. Tacoma Bell and McDonalds are just down the street. I won’t try again.

We went through the drive thru to purchase the special Peanut Parfait, buy one get the 2nd for $.99 , on our DQ app.
When we got to the window, we tried to pay with a DQ gift card. The cashier would not accept it saying we can’t do 2 discounts on the same order. Since when is a gift card a discount?
We ended up paying with a credit card. We left and started eat them on our way home. We must have been given the last of the peanuts because there was so much salt with the peanuts they were hard to eat. We would have turned around but we were so tired from being at a car dealership all day.

We ordered delivery from this DQ tonight and are extremely disappointed and upset with the service. Although the food was as expected, but we didn’t receive our drinks with the order or alerted to the food being delivered. I tried calling the store 5+ times but no one ever answered. The app also does not allow for communication for messed up orders. I want to be refunded for the absent drinks. LEARN TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

Since you can’t leave lower than a one star review, I’m giving them a one star review but honestly, they should be getting a zero. Every single time I come in part of or most of my order is missing the kid in the drive-through at night is the rudest person I have ever met. If you were in a customer service industry have some customer service because he has absolutely none her food is always cold. We’ve been in four times never once have we gotten what we’ve ordered. When I come through the drive-through, I don’t expect to hear the people cooking my food bitching because I didn’t want something on my burger. Nor do I expect drinks to be shoved into my hand or money or when I say thank you to not get any response at all. Absolutely the worst crew I’ve ever seen. And come on guys ice is standard and drinks why is there no ice in our drinks?

I must say that the young man that served us through the drive up window was extremely patient and continued to be nice to a customer that was getting irate with him about a transaction that was under way. There was a slight addutude however the employees behaviour was great.
The cones state there’s a new cookie cone however the cone wasn’t cookie dip just the ice cream was dipped so the advertisement is incorrect.
The cone itself should have been poured into with the cookie covering. Or the entire cone would.if been better. Either way actually the desert was good above anything.

Just got served raw chicken in kids meals. I am beyond pissed and upset. If my kids get sick there will be hell to pay believe that. And all they said is call corporate to complain. Offered a refund. Bfd! And the girl in the drive thru was rude for no reason.
