Reyes was so nice and helpful made us feel comfortable for me and my client in a wheelchair and his wife. We really felt appreciated and welcomed in this clean environment. The food came quick and The food was so delicious we Will definitely be back again to eat here!!. We are thankful for Reyes and her wonderful service. One day I know she will be manger here due to her work ethic , she so quick and nice and friendly . She kept checking up on us making sure if the food was okay and asking us if we needed refills. She was the only waitress here today and she did an excellent wonderful job today thank you so much Reyes for this Great experience ❤️

Hash Browns was burnt and old pancakes was cold. Chicken strips was old and cold It was supposed to be their chicken skillet. service is very good, polite helpful, just to cook in the back, and you pay more attention to what they’re doing, supposed to be fast food, not old food. Came in for breakfast since I didn’t have time to cook at home, and I’m glad I did. Norms really delivered. I ordered their 1 lb T-bone steak with country potatoes and extra scrambled eggs- everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The steak was grilled just right, not tough or chewy like some places, and the potatoes were golden and well-seasoned. The eggs were fluffy and not overcooked. You can tell they care about the quality of the food here.
What really stood out was the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They were super friendly, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay, refilling my coffee, and keeping a great attitude throughout. It’s rare to find service like this anymore, and it really made the experience better.
The restaurant is large, spacious, and very clean. High ceilings, wide walkways, and plenty of seating make it feel comfortable even during busy hours. There’s a big parking lot out front which made it easy to get in and out. The ambiance is nice and relaxed, no loud music or chaos – just a good spot to enjoy a hearty meal.
Funny detail: there was an armed guard standing inside while I ate. Not sure if he’s guarding the eggs or just keeping the peace, but it added a random sense of safety and humor to the visit .
Prices are affordable considering the portions and quality. You get great value here. Tables are already stocked with all the basics: ketchup, syrup, jelly, etc. so you don’t have to wait on anything.
Overall, a solid experience. If you’re in Riverside and want a filling breakfast or lunch with kind service and a welcoming vibe, this place is definitely worth it. I’ll be back!

Great experience! Our server, Elizabeth Reyes, was very polite and kind. She mentioned her last name since there were three Elizabeths, which I appreciated. She checked in with us before walking away to make sure everything was okay, kept our drinks filled, explained the menu clearly, and answered all of our questions. When we felt a little unsure about what to order, she pointed out some of her favorite options, which was really helpful. The food was delicious.
At checkout, Angel helped us and he was also very polite and nice. He guided me on how to use my rewards on the app and made the process easy. Overall, great customer service from both of them.

The whole experience was great. Romero and Kaylee are amazing! He is always attentive to everyone and not only for our table but for others. She made sure to check up on our food and both their services are outstanding! Being from LA we will definitely come back and request both of them!
