The food is absolutely incredible – every dish is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, bursting with authentic Thai flavors. Their Pad Thai is hands down the best I’ve ever had – perfectly balanced with the right amount of tanginess and sweetness. The green curry is a must-try, with its rich, velvety texture and just the right level of spice.
What truly sets Lai Thai apart is their attention to detail and impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. They are more than happy to make recommendations, accommodate dietary preferences, or customize spice levels to suit your taste.
The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, making it perfect for a date night, family dinner, or even a solo outing if you’re craving comfort food. The restaurant is always clean and beautifully decorated, with little touches that enhance the authenticity of the experience.
I’ve dined here multiple times, and every single visit has been consistently excellent. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Thai food with exceptional service, Lai Thai is the place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone – you won’t be disappointed!
Only collected food so far but would love to stop to eat in at some point.
From a take-away perspective I cannot really fault it. Food is fantastic, prepared quickly, good portion sizes. Good options for vegetarians too.
100% give this place a try if you have a craving for Thai cuisine!
The portion size could be a little larger. The price is pretty average compared to all other Thai restaurants around.
The service was friendly and attentive. My water glass was kept full and they checked on us multiple times.
I wanted to love this place, but the food was fairly mid. The spring rolls had little filling. The soups were nice, but the Tom yum was mostly broth. The curry puffs were great. The main entries were odd. The chicken peanut curry was super thick and sweet. It was as if they just dumped an entire jar of sweet satay sauce over the chicken. It was tough to finish. The squid with green beans came out on a platter, but it was swimming in sauce. It was almost like soup. It was literally squid and beans, no other detectable veggies or spices. I ordered extra hot and my dining partner ordered medium. We believe the heat level of both entries were the same. I am not sure what was going on there. This place has all of the proper Thai vibes in every way but the food.
