Rude staff, terrible service, and no proper greeting to customers. My order was missing an item, and when I brought it to their attention, they threw the extra item in the trash instead of resolving the issue properly. A complete waste of food and a clear lack of customer care.

Okay this is my favorite Popeyes. One time the manager came out to kill a rat with a broom right(2024). Like it’s always no bs here. Consistently good, and I get the same service everytime. I don’t go bc I like the service, I go bc I know what to expect and they deliver. I mean seriously when it comes to Popeyes this is one of the nicer ones. Food is always good, been eating here since 2020. Felt like I need to post this review

Appalling treatment! I’m at the drive thru & politely ask for two legs & a breast spicey, the woman replies back “2 wings & a breast” and the total. I corrected her & said no I asked for 2 legs & a breast spicey. Now she says “2 legs & a wing spicey” and said no 2 legs & a breast spicey and then she gives me attitude, so I asked for the manager. She says “I am the manager & if you don’t like it you can leave the line”. I waited til I got up to speak in person & it’s someone else taking my payment & giving me my order. I ask for the manager who immediately says “you were yelling at me” which is not true. She doesn’t allow me to respond and rudely shuts the sliding door. I knocked on the window, she came back & I informed her I was going to call corporate, & sge replied “I really don’t care”. I leave & guess what? She gave me 2 legs and a wing! Never once said a wing…definitely a low bar to be a “manager” at this Popeyes. It’s just fast food but how hard is it to be polite & to get the order right? I’d give her 0 stars for her rude & unprofessional manner. 1-23-2026 Aprox 11:45 am on a Friday.

The drive-thru is the main problem because the noise from the neighboring car wash. They need to install a sound barrier fence the car wash is so loud you cannot hear the speaker. You have to scream and they barely can understand you

We ordered the classic 16 piece chicken only and the garlic Parmesan chicken wings, I have to say that chicken wings were nothing like how they advertised on TV! The wings had a good taste but it was the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, not overflowing from the box like it’s on the TV ads! The staff were very friendly and helpful with a smile!

This Popeyes is amazing! I couldn’t imagine living without it. The people who work at this location are fantastic– MUCH better than other Popeyes I’ve been to (looking at you 16th & National in Milwaukee). They were even open on Christmas Day when the big guys like McDonald’s were closed. Thanks, Popeyes!!

This was our first time having Popeyes chicken. I, of course know it is popular, but never expected much out of fast food chicken. Man, was I wrong!
Perfectly crispy, super light and flavorful breading, none of the heavy flour junk that other places use.
The chicken was so well seasoned and the sides …what??? Mac and cheese that has a charred top from a fast food restaurant? We were so surprised by the quality of everything. I have heard people talk about it, but really, we never expected it to be that good.
Everything, right down to the biscuits, was great. And dare i say it, I almost agree with one of our favorite YouTubers (whose video led us here) @doobydobop says this rivals Korean chicken, and I think she is on to something. My Korean husband agrees!!

The guy working the drive-thru today (Jan 28, around 4:30 PM) was an absolute rockstar. He was upbeat, efficient, and made my day. Great food, but even better service. Thanks for the positive vibes, and another wonderful trip.

The food at Popeyes is delicious, but I can’t help feeling bad every time I pick up my order at the drive-thru.
I’ve been coming here for years, yet not once have I had a pleasant experience. The staff are always rude and aggressive — I honestly don’t know why.
I never ask for anything extra or try to change my order; I just come to pick it up. Still, they always manage to ruin my mood.
This place just gives off a really negative energy to everyone who visits.
