We stopped by here for dinner on a Wednesday evening at 6:00PM. Ebony, the hostess, greeted us as we walked in. There were only 4 other tables when we arrived.
Our server Sebastian arrived right after we were seated. We asked for suggestions on the menu. He asked about allergies and preferences and gave recommendations. What AMAZING RECOMMENDATIONS!
Our food was served within 12 minutes of ordering (yep – after reading the other reviews, you bet I timed it!).
The ambiance is upbeat and the tall walls and high ceilings create a fun, casual dining experience.
The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented! Sebastian and Ebony checked on us frequently. We finished our dinner and left within the hour. We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again! I highly recommend this sushi restaurant for locals in the Aliante area!
Atmosphere, very relaxing and quiet. We went in on a day mid week. We were really enjoying and then food came out! Presentation of the plates were so enticing. These were the best tasting items ever. I will let my pictures tell the story.
I will recommend this place over any place here on the north side of Vegas
Some days can be busier than others, alot of locals come here at dinnertime, so service slows down a bit more on weekends. Service is always friendly, nothing extraordinary so far.
I’ve eaten at a table and the bar and I personally feel like you get better wait service at the bar. They check on you more because they hang out and walk by there often. At a table, they dont stop by as much.
If you sit at the bar, the sushi chefs aren’t very chatty incase you’re used to chatting with them like most other Sushi bars. They only talk to each other.
The ambiance is decent, there’s plenty of tables and their menu is surprisingly extensive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they serve Ramen! All in all, this is a good local spot serving good food. Great for small and large groups. Family friendly too. Oh and they have complimentary wifi for customers.
They are an all you can eat sushi place which normally is a sign that the quality might be lower, but we found this place was quite the opposite.
Sure we say some smaller fish slices on the nigiri, but the quality was good. We really liked the jalepeno poppers (jalepenos with spicy tuna) and had a hard time choosing the rolls we wanted. There was so much on the menu we wanted to try, but it was just two of us.
We had the lemon roll and the sunrise roll. Both of these were great and repeatable, but we wanted to try so many others, so we will be back for sure!!
Absolutely the best spot for ayce in the north west. I’m a huge nigiri fan and every piece was exceptional for the money. The staff are friendly and accommodating, sit at the bar and enjoy watching the chefs.
Appetizers: garlic edamame ✔️
Pork belly
Corn cheese
Sushi was bomb
We mostly enjoy nigiri but the caterpillar roll and samurai roll were also wins
Dessert was the honey toast
Update: Just ate there today and I was informed they no longer take the frequent diner cards, the ones where you buy 10 meals, get one free. That bites, especially since one of my meals would have been free as my son and I went. Bummer.
